Saving the Soul of Bharat (भारत की पवित्र गँगा - स्वच्छता जागरुकता रैली व गँगा सफाई अभियान )

Ganga is not just a river, but the soul of Indian culture — known as Devnadi, Jahnavi, Vishnupada. Yet today, the same Ganga whose waters were once considered the purest is polluted by factory waste, drains, and garbage from our cities.  

On 31/01/2016, Samoon Foundation held a cleanliness awareness rally and Ganga cleaning drive at Triveni Ghat from 10 AM to 2 PM. We cleaned the ghats and appealed to every citizen: our villages, streets, cities, and workplaces must be kept clean. Only when we all join this mission can we truly build a Swachh Bharat and restore the purity of Maa Ganga.

गंगा, एक नदी ही नहीं बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति की एक गौरवशाली पहचान है — देवनदी, जाह्नवी, विष्णुपदा। लेकिन आज वही गंगा, जिसका जल कभी सबसे पवित्र माना जाता था, कारखानों, नदी-नालों और शहरों के कचरे से मैली हो रही है।  

31/01/2016 को समून फाउंडेशन ने त्रिवेणी घाट पर सुबह 10 से 2 बजे तक स्वच्छता जागरूकता रैली और गंगा सफाई अभियान चलाया। हमने घाटों की सफाई की और हर नागरिक से आग्रह किया: अपने गाँव, गली, मोहल्ले, शहर और कार्यस्थल को स्वच्छ बनाएं। जब तक हम सब इस अभियान से नहीं जुड़ेंगे, स्वच्छ भारत और पवित्र गंगा का सपना पूरा नहीं होगा।  

आओ मिलकर एक सुन्दर और स्वच्छ भारत का निर्माण करेँ और सपथ लेँ कि हम अपने घर, मुहल्ले, गाँव, गली, शहर और कार्य स्थल को स्वच्छ रखेँगे ।
