As everyone is aware, *Samoon Foundation* has been celebrating *Makar Sankranti* every year in the form of blanket distribution.
In *January 2023*, this blanket distribution program was conducted in *Godiyam Village, Jakhnidhar Panchayat, Lambgaon, Pratapnagar, Tehri Garhwal*. There, blankets were distributed to *19 selected families*, which included elderly, widows, children, and women.
We hope that these blankets will provide some relief to these families during this biting cold.
This blanket distribution program continued in January, and in its next phase, notebooks and stationery were also distributed to children.
*Samoon family* wishes happiness and prosperity to all and expresses gratitude to all donors through whom we receive donations and are able to successfully carry out such social work.

जैसा कि आप सभी को विदित है कि *समून फाउंडेशन* हर साल मकर संक्रांति को कंबल वितरण के रूप में मनाती है।
*जनवरी 2023* को इस पवित्रता से शुरू हुआ था। यह कंबल वितरण कार्यक्रम *टिहरी गढ़वाल के गोदियाम ग्राम पंचायत जखनिधार लमगांव, प्रतापनगर* पहुंचाया गया था। जहां पर *19 चयनित परिवारों* जिनमें वृद्ध, विधवा, बच्चे एवं महिलाएं सम्मिलित थीं को कंबल वितरित किए गए।
आशा करी है इस कड़कड़ाती ठंड में इन परिवारों को प्रदान किए गए कंबलों से थोड़ी राहत मिलेगी।
यह कंबल वितरण कार्यक्रम जनवरी में जारी था और इसके पश्चात गर्म कपड़े एवं कॉपी (नोटबुक) बच्चों को वितरित किए गए।
