*Harimohan Kumar*, son of Shri Bal Prasad, a resident of *village Kandiyal, Puroli, District Uttarkashi*, is suffering from a very serious illness. He is the only son of his parents and comes from a very poor family. The family's financial condition is very distressing. For the last 2 years, he has been living his life with dialysis due to kidney disease. The doctor had advised a kidney transplant.

His transplant pre-check is going on. The distressed family had appealed to *Samoon Foundation* for help. The kidney transplant process was scheduled for *December 2022*.

On *23/11/2022*, the *Samoon Foundation team* met Harimohan ji at *Jolly Grant Hospital, Dehradun*, and provided a small financial assistance of *₹15,000/- by cheque* for his treatment. His kidney transplant process was scheduled to take place in *December 2022*. 

The entire Samoon family prays to God for Harimohan ji's speedy recovery.

ग्राम *कंडियाल, पुरोला, जिला - उत्तरकाशी* के निवासी *हरिमोहन कुमार पुत्र श्री बल प्रसाद* बहुत गंभीर बीमारी से जूझ रहे थे। यह अपने माता पिता के एकलौते पुत्र हैं और वह एक बहुत गरीब परिवार से है। परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति बहुत ही दयनीय थी। 

2 साल से किडनी की बीमारी से पीड़ित हरि मोहन डायलिस के जरिए अपना जीवन जी रहे थे। डॉक्टर ने किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट की सलाह दी थी। उनकी ट्रांसप्लांट के लिए प्री-जांच चल रही है। पीड़ित परिवार ने *सम्पून फाउंडेशन* से सहयोग की अपील की थी। किडनी प्रत्यारोपण की प्रक्रिया *दिसम्बर -2022* में निश्चित हुआ थी।

*सम्पून परिवार* की टीम दिनांक *23/11/2022* को देहरादून में हरिमोहन जी से मिलने *जोली ग्रांट हॉस्पिटल* पहुँची, और हरिमोहन के इलाज के लिए एक छोटी सी धनराशी *रुपये 15,000/- का चेक* प्रदान किया गया। इन की किडनी प्रत्यारोपण प्रक्रिया *दिसम्बर -2022* में होना तय हुआ था।
