Case of Extreme Hardship – Gangotri Devi and Her Daughter

Gangotri Devi had been living a difficult life since the death of her husband. After his passing, she placed all her hopes on her son, believing that he would become her support in old age and take care of his differently-abled sister. However, fate had something else in store. Tragically, her 26-year-old son also passed away suddenly, leaving her completely helpless.

Now, Gangotri Devi is left to survive with her disabled daughter amid extreme poverty, hardship, and emotional distress. As if this was not enough, a recent incident of fire caused serious injuries to Gangotri Devi, further worsening their already fragile condition. The house they are currently living in is in a highly dilapidated state, and during the rainy season, water leaks through the roof, making living conditions extremely difficult and unsafe.

The family originally belongs to Village Chaud, Post Office Bharpur, District Tehri Garhwal. Their situation is further aggravated as both disability pension and old-age pension have been discontinued for the past year, leaving them without any regular source of support.

To address this issue, members of Samoon Foundation, including Shri Narendra Singh Ji and Arvind Jiyal, visited the concerned government departments at New Tehri and Narendra Nagar on 24/07/2019 to help reactivate the pending pension benefits and explore possible assistance for the family’s survival and dignity.

Continuous efforts are being made to ensure that Gangotri Devi and her daughter receive basic support and are able to live a life of dignity despite their difficult circumstances.

बहुत कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन – गंगोत्री देवी एवं उनकी पुत्री

गंगोत्री देवी अपने पति की मृत्यु के बाद किसी तरह अपने जीवन को संभाल रही थीं। उन्होंने अपने पुत्र पर यह आशा लगाई थी कि वह उनके बुढ़ापे का सहारा बनेगा और अपनी विकलांग बहन की देखभाल करेगा। लेकिन नियति को कुछ और ही मंजूर था। 26 वर्ष के उनके जवान पुत्र की आकस्मिक मृत्यु हो गई, जिससे वह पूरी तरह असहाय हो गईं।

अब गंगोत्री देवी अपनी विकलांग बेटी के साथ अत्यंत गरीबी, लाचारी और बेबसी में जीवन जी रही हैं। हाल ही में घर में आग लगने की घटना ने उनकी स्थिति को और भी गंभीर बना दिया है, जिसमें गंगोत्री देवी स्वयं भी बुरी तरह झुलस गईं। जिस घर में वे रह रही हैं वह भी अत्यंत जर्जर स्थिति में है और बरसात के दिनों में छत टपकने के कारण जीवन और कठिन हो जाता है।

यह परिवार मूल रूप से ग्राम चौंड, पोस्ट ऑफिस भरपुर, जिला टिहरी गढ़वाल का निवासी है। पिछले एक वर्ष से इनकी विकलांगता पेंशन और वृद्धावस्था पेंशन भी बंद पड़ी है, जिससे इनके पास जीवन यापन का कोई स्थायी साधन नहीं बचा है।

इस स्थिति को देखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन के सदस्य श्री नरेंद्र सिंह जी एवं अरविंद जियाल जी दिनांक 24/07/2019 को नई टिहरी एवं नरेंद्र नगर स्थित संबंधित विभागों के मुख्यालयों में इस मामले को लेकर गए ताकि बंद पड़ी पेंशन को पुनः शुरू कराया जा सके और परिवार को आवश्यक सहायता दिलाई जा सके।

Understanding Life Beyond Privilege – A Field Experience from Rural Uttarakhand

There are many families who officially belong to reserved or underprivileged categories, yet are unable to access the benefits meant for them due to lack of awareness, resources, or stable living conditions. As a result, they continue to live at the same socio-economic level for years, often without any meaningful improvement in their situation.

Many times, we assume that everyone around us lives in circumstances similar to our own. However, this perception changes when we step outside our comfort zone and witness the realities of those living in remote and difficult conditions. It is only then that we realize how limited our understanding of society can be.

During one such visit to a village, I met a young boy whose eyes reflected hope and curiosity. He greeted me with respect and called me “bhai,” as if he had found someone familiar from his world. When I asked about his studies, he confidently replied that everything was going fine, but his expressions subtly shifted toward his mother, revealing a deeper concern.

On further conversation, it was learned that the child was refusing to attend school unless he had proper shoes. This small requirement had become a major emotional and practical issue for the family. At that moment, I was faced with a thought—should I simply give money or find a more meaningful solution?

After reflecting for a moment, I felt that sending shoes directly would be more appropriate than giving cash. It would ensure the child’s need is fulfilled in a dignified and purposeful way. Later, shoes were arranged and sent to his village. From the next day, the child would hopefully attend school happily and with confidence.

The incident may appear small in scale, but its impact is meaningful. Sometimes, the smallest acts of understanding and thoughtful support can create the biggest change in someone’s life.

समझ से बदलती ज़िंदगी – एक छोटा अनुभव

कुछ परिवार ऐसे भी होते हैं जो वास्तव में आरक्षित वर्ग में आते हैं, लेकिन जानकारी, संसाधनों और परिस्थितियों की कमी के कारण वे उन सरकारी लाभों का पूरा उपयोग नहीं कर पाते, जिसके वे पात्र होते हैं। परिणामस्वरूप वे वर्षों तक उसी निम्न स्तर की स्थिति में जीवन यापन करते रहते हैं।

अक्सर हम यह मान लेते हैं कि सभी लोग हमारे जैसे ही परिस्थितियों में रहते हैं, लेकिन जब हम अपने दायरे से बाहर निकलकर वास्तविकता को देखते हैं, तो समाज की एक अलग ही तस्वीर सामने आती है।

एक गांव के दौरे के दौरान एक बालक से मुलाकात हुई, जिसकी आंखों में आशा और उत्सुकता साफ झलक रही थी। उसने बड़े आदर के साथ प्रणाम किया और बातचीत में अपनी पढ़ाई के बारे में बताया कि सब ठीक चल रहा है, लेकिन उसकी नजर बार-बार अपनी मां की ओर जा रही थी।

बातचीत में पता चला कि वह बच्चा स्कूल तभी जाना चाहता था जब उसे जूते मिलें। यह एक छोटी सी जरूरत उसके और उसके परिवार के लिए बड़ी समस्या बन गई थी। उस समय मन में यह विचार आया कि क्या पैसे दे दिए जाएं या कोई बेहतर तरीका अपनाया जाए।

कुछ देर सोचने के बाद यह निर्णय लिया गया कि उसे पैसे देने के बजाय सीधे जूते भेजे जाएं, ताकि उसकी जरूरत सही तरीके से पूरी हो सके। अगले ही दिन बच्चे के गांव जूते भेज दिए गए। अब वह खुशी-खुशी स्कूल जाएगा।

यह घटना भले ही छोटी लगे, लेकिन इसका अर्थ बहुत बड़ा है। कई बार छोटे-छोटे सही निर्णय किसी के जीवन में बड़ा बदलाव ला सकते हैं।

It is often said that help is not limited only to financial support. At times, proper guidance, timely advice, and standing with someone during their difficult phase can be equally powerful in helping them overcome adversity.

One such example is of Sanjay Ji, who was deeply परेशान (distressed) due to the medical condition of his wife. He visited almost all major hospitals in Dehradun in search of treatment, but did not receive any satisfactory solution, which left him hopeless and mentally exhausted.

Later, through the Samoon page, he got in touch with Samoon Foundation. After understanding his situation, the team provided him proper guidance, support, and encouragement. With timely direction and assistance, Sanjay Ji’s wife was able to receive treatment at AIIMS Rishikesh, where her medical expenses were covered through the health card system, ensuring free treatment.

This case highlights an important message that not every form of help requires financial contribution. Sometimes, guiding someone toward the right path, helping them navigate systems, and giving them emotional strength can change the outcome of their entire situation.

On a recent visit to Manisha’s home, it was observed that she appeared more energetic, positive, and self-motivated than before. Despite being differently-abled, she continues to work hard by doing stitching work and has also started rearing poultry (hens), which reflects her determination and self-reliance.

Her efforts stand as an inspiring example for unemployed youth and those who are affected by migration, showing that opportunities can still be created even in difficult circumstances. Manisha strongly believes that every individual has a purpose in life, and if God has sent us here, there must be a reason behind it. Her words bring a sense of motivation and renewed energy to those who hear her story.

At times, when people feel demotivated or question their purpose in life, stories like Manisha’s remind us that strength comes from within and from accepting life’s challenges with courage and positivity.

During this visit, it was also noted that the former village head, Shri Narendra Ji (Gram Sabha Bharpur), remains associated with Samoon Foundation. Through his support, arrangements for ration were made, and his wife also contributed by providing clothing assistance to Manisha.

When the issue of her leaking house roof was brought to his attention, he expressed willingness to support repair work through collective community effort. He also appealed to everyone to contribute in whatever way possible towards this humanitarian cause.

बहन मनीषा से पुनः भेंट – प्रेरणा और सकारात्मकता की कहानी

एक बार पुनः बहन मनीषा के घर जाने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ। इस बार वह पहले से अधिक ऊर्जा, आत्मविश्वास और सकारात्मक सोच के साथ नजर आईं। दिव्यांग होने के बावजूद वह सिलाई का कार्य कर रही हैं और साथ ही मुर्गियां भी पाल रही हैं, जो आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में एक प्रेरणादायक कदम है।

उनका यह प्रयास पलायन कर रहे और बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिए एक प्रेरणा स्रोत है। मनीषा का मानना है कि हर व्यक्ति के जीवन का कोई न कोई उद्देश्य होता है, जिसे हमें पूरा करना चाहिए। उनका कहना है कि यदि ईश्वर ने हमें इस संसार में भेजा है तो इसके पीछे कोई न कोई कारण अवश्य होगा। उनके ये शब्द सुनकर मन में नई ऊर्जा का संचार होता है।

कई बार जब हम अपने जीवन को निराधार समझने लगते हैं या हतोत्साहित हो जाते हैं, तब मनीषा जैसी प्रेरणादायक कहानियाँ हमें यह सिखाती हैं कि कठिन परिस्थितियों में भी आगे बढ़ा जा सकता है।

By the year 2030, the global population is expected to exceed 8.3 billion, which will significantly increase the demand for food and energy by nearly 50%, and freshwater demand by around 30%. To meet these growing needs, the world will face severe environmental challenges.

One of the most effective solutions to mitigate these issues is large-scale afforestation. However, while billions of trees are being cut every year globally, the rate of replantation remains insufficient. Rapid urbanization, industrialization, and infrastructure development are leading to continuous deforestation, especially in urban and semi-urban areas.

Tree plantation not only enhances environmental beauty but also helps reduce temperature, improve air quality, and restore ecological balance. Planting trees along roadsides, in societies, parks, and open urban spaces is one of the simplest and most effective ways to improve the environment and ensure a healthier future.

Continuing its annual tradition, Samoon Foundation is organizing a Tree Plantation Drive on the occasion of the Harela Festival on 21 July 2019 at Vivek Vihar Society, Jwalapur, Haridwar. The plantation will be carried out in parks and open spaces within the society area.

पर्यावरण जागरूकता एवं वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम

वर्ष 2030 तक विश्व की जनसंख्या 8.3 अरब से अधिक होने का अनुमान है, जिसके कारण भोजन एवं ऊर्जा की मांग लगभग 50% तथा स्वच्छ जल की मांग लगभग 30% तक बढ़ जाएगी। इन बढ़ती आवश्यकताओं के कारण गंभीर पर्यावरणीय संकट उत्पन्न होने की संभावना है।

इन समस्याओं का सबसे प्रभावी समाधान अधिक से अधिक वृक्षारोपण है। लेकिन हर वर्ष अरबों पेड़ों के काटे जाने के बावजूद वृक्षारोपण की गति पर्याप्त नहीं है। शहरीकरण, औद्योगीकरण और विकास कार्यों के कारण वनों की कटाई तेजी से हो रही है।

वृक्ष न केवल पर्यावरण को सुंदर बनाते हैं बल्कि तापमान को कम करने, वायु को शुद्ध करने और पर्यावरणीय संतुलन बनाए रखने में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। सड़कों के किनारे, सोसाइटी, पार्कों और अन्य स्थानों पर वृक्षारोपण एक सरल और प्रभावी उपाय है।

It has been observed that cases of people going missing under mysterious and suspicious circumstances have been increasing in various parts of Uttarakhand. In the last three months alone, several individuals have gone missing from Rishikesh, Haridwar, and nearby areas.

Some affected families have approached Samoon Foundation requesting assistance in helping trace their missing loved ones. We understand that many families may have already filed FIRs at their respective police stations, and detailed records of such cases are likely available with your department. However, we are sharing the information currently available with us as an attachment.

There is growing concern among families regarding the possibility of human trafficking or other illegal activities being involved. In some cases, bodies have been recovered from river barrages 3–4 days after the disappearance, raising further concerns. There is also suspicion that individuals may have been forced into extreme distress leading to unnatural circumstances.

For example, in one case, the mobile location of a missing youth, Kamalakant Sharma, was traced to Punjab, although he went missing from the Haridwar–Rishikesh region. With advanced technological resources available to the police, it is requested that proper investigation be conducted to trace missing individuals and identify any possible criminal networks involved.

We respectfully urge your department to take prompt and effective action to ensure the safety of citizens and prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

It is also to be noted that families of Kamalakant Sharma and Jagpal Singh have directly contacted us, while other information has been gathered through social media and news sources. Our only intention is to ensure that no other family suffers such a painful experience and that society remains safe, peaceful, and secure.

कुछ पीड़ित परिवारों ने समूण फाउंडेशन से संपर्क कर अपने परिजनों की तलाश में सहयोग का अनुरोध किया है। हमें ज्ञात है कि अधिकांश मामलों में संबंधित थानों में FIR दर्ज की गई होगी और संपूर्ण विवरण आपके विभाग के पास उपलब्ध होगा। हमारे पास जो भी जानकारी उपलब्ध है, वह इस पत्र के साथ संलग्न की जा रही है।

परिजनों में यह आशंका भी व्यक्त की जा रही है कि कहीं इन घटनाओं के पीछे मानव तस्करी या अन्य आपराधिक गतिविधियाँ तो शामिल नहीं हैं। कुछ मामलों में 3–4 दिन बाद शव बैराज या नदी क्षेत्रों से प्राप्त हुए हैं, जो गंभीर चिंता का विषय है।

एक मामले में कमलकांत शर्मा नामक युवक की मोबाइल लोकेशन पंजाब में पाई गई, जबकि वह हरिद्वार–ऋषिकेश क्षेत्र से लापता हुआ था। ऐसे में यह आवश्यक है कि आधुनिक तकनीक एवं संसाधनों का उपयोग कर इन मामलों की गहन जांच की जाए तथा संभावित आपराधिक गिरोहों पर कार्यवाही की जाए।

आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस विषय पर शीघ्र एवं प्रभावी कार्यवाही करते हुए नागरिकों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करें ताकि भविष्य में ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति न हो।

समूण परिवार के सदस्य श्री विनोद जेठुड़ी जी के जन्मदिन के पावन अवसर पर उनके गृह क्षेत्र में सम्मानित सदस्य अरविंद सिंह जियाल जी एवं समूण टीम के माध्यम से एक विशेष सम्मान कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

इस अवसर पर बोर्ड परीक्षा 2018–2019 में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले मेधावी विद्यार्थियों को सम्मानित किया गया।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को प्रोत्साहित करना और उन्हें आगे भी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बेहतर प्रदर्शन के लिए प्रेरित करना था।

Heartfelt Tribute – Late Harendra Singh Bisht

It is with deep sorrow that we inform that Harendra Singh Bisht is no longer among us. May the Almighty grant peace to his noble soul and give strength to his family to bear this irreparable loss. Om Namah Shivay.

Despite undergoing treatment for a serious illness like blood cancer and receiving medical support, this heartbreaking incident has come to light. Through the efforts of Samoon Foundation, a total financial assistance of approximately ₹3,50,000 was provided for his treatment, which contributed to his bone marrow transplant surgery at Himalayan Hospital, where the total cost was around ₹6,00,000.

Harendra Singh Bisht leaves behind his wife and a young daughter. His parents had already passed away earlier, making this loss even more painful for the family.

Samoon Foundation expresses its deepest condolences to the bereaved family and stands with them in this difficult time.

अत्यंत दुःख के साथ सूचित करना पड़ रहा है कि हरेंद्र सिंह बिष्ट अब हमारे बीच नहीं रहे। ईश्वर उनकी पुण्य आत्मा को अपने चरणों में स्थान दें और परिवार को इस दुख को सहने की शक्ति प्रदान करें। ॐ नमः शिवाय।

ब्लड कैंसर जैसी गंभीर बीमारी के उपचार के बावजूद यह हृदयविदारक घटना सामने आई। समूण फाउंडेशन के प्रयासों से उनके उपचार हेतु लगभग ₹3,50,000 की सहायता राशि प्रदान की गई थी, जिससे उनका बोन मैरो ट्रांसप्लांट हिमालयन हॉस्पिटल में हुआ था, जिसका कुल खर्च लगभग ₹6,00,000 आया था।

वे अपने पीछे अपनी धर्मपत्नी और एक नन्ही पुत्री को छोड़ गए हैं। उनके माता-पिता का साया पहले ही उठ चुका था, जिससे परिवार पर दुख का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है।

समूण फाउंडेशन इस कठिन समय में परिवार के साथ खड़ा है और उनकी गहरी संवेदनाएँ व्यक्त करता है।

Final Update – A Small Light in Manisha’s Life

Location: Village Marad, Devprayag Region, Uttarakhand

A small but meaningful change has brought light into the otherwise dark and difficult life of Manisha, an orphan and differently-abled woman.

Through the continuous efforts of Samoon Foundation member Arvind Singh Jiyal, electricity has finally been installed in Manisha’s home under the government “Saubhagya Yojana” scheme. With this, her house now has access to basic electricity, bringing a sense of relief and improvement in her living conditions.

This initiative marks an important step toward improving her quality of life and ensuring access to basic facilities that are essential for dignity and daily survival.

Samoon Foundation remains committed to supporting Manisha and working towards further improvements in her living conditions.

अंतिम अपडेट – मनिषा के जीवन में एक छोटी सी रोशनी

अनाथ एवं दिव्यांग मनिषा के कठिन और अंधकारमय जीवन में एक छोटी लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण राहत मिली है।

समूण फाउंडेशन के सदस्य अरविंद सिंह जियाल जी के निरंतर प्रयासों के फलस्वरूप सरकार की “सौभाग्य योजना” के तहत मनिषा के घर में बिजली का कनेक्शन लग चुका है। अब उनके घर में बिजली पहुँच गई है, जिससे उनके जीवन में थोड़ी राहत और सुधार आया है।

यह पहल उनके जीवन को बेहतर बनाने और मूलभूत सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध कराने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

On 12/03/2019, Hemant Bisht had to face the consequences of being homosexual. (12/03/2019 को हमसकल होने की सजा भुगतनी पडी हेमंत विष्ट को )

Medical Emergency Support – Hemant Singh Bisht

Date: March 2019

Location: Delhi / Faridabad, India

Hemant Singh Bisht was critically injured and fighting for his life in a hospital after a tragic incident. Due to a case of mistaken identity, he was shot by attackers who had allegedly targeted someone else resembling him. At the time of admission, he was on a ventilator and his condition remained extremely critical.

Hemant Singh Bisht, originally from Almora, Uttarakhand, was working in Faridabad, Delhi, where he ran a small roadside eatery to support his family.

In view of his serious medical condition, an appeal was made to the migrant Uttarakhand community living in Delhi and nearby regions to come forward and support him, showing unity and humanity in this difficult time. Supporters were requested to contribute and help save his life, and his family could be contacted through the details mentioned in the appeal letter.

Later updates confirmed that on 30 March 2019, Hemant Singh Bisht was discharged from the hospital and safely returned home after treatment.

Samoon Foundation expresses gratitude for all support received and wishes Hemant Singh Bisht a healthy and peaceful life ahead.

हेमंत सिंह बिष्ट – चिकित्सीय आपातकाल सहायता

दिनांक: मार्च 2019

स्थान: दिल्ली / फरीदाबाद, भारत

हेमंत सिंह बिष्ट एक गंभीर दुर्घटना में गोली लगने के बाद जीवन और मृत्यु के बीच संघर्ष कर रहे थे। बताया गया कि एक सुपारी किलिंग के मामले में गलत पहचान के कारण उन पर हमला किया गया, क्योंकि वे एक अन्य व्यक्ति से मिलते-जुलते थे। अस्पताल में भर्ती के समय वे वेंटिलेटर पर थे और उनकी स्थिति अत्यंत नाजुक बनी हुई थी।

हेमंत सिंह बिष्ट मूल रूप से अल्मोड़ा, उत्तराखंड के निवासी हैं और दिल्ली के फरीदाबाद में एक छोटा ढाबा चलाकर अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करते थे।

उनकी गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए दिल्ली एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में रह रहे प्रवासी उत्तराखंडियों से एकजुट होकर सहयोग करने की अपील की गई, ताकि उन्हें नया जीवन मिल सके।

बाद में प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार दिनांक 30 मार्च 2019 को हेमंत सिंह बिष्ट अस्पताल से डिस्चार्ज होकर सकुशल अपने घर लौट आए।

SCHOLARSHIP DISTRIBUTION PROJECT ON 16/03/2019 AT SAMOON OFFICE RISHIKESH (दिनांक 16/03/2019 को समून कार्यालय, ऋषिकेश में छात्रवृत्ति वितरण परियोजना आयोजित की गई।)

Scholarship Distribution Program – Phase 2

Date: 16 March 2019

Location: Samoon Office, Shyampur, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Continuing its commitment to support meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds, Samoon Foundation successfully organized the Second Phase of the Scholarship Distribution Program on 16 March 2019 at its office in Shyampur, Rishikesh.

During this phase:

• A total of 10 selected meritorious and underprivileged students were awarded scholarships of ₹3000 per student.

• Earlier, in Phase 1 (25 February 2019), scholarships were distributed to 13 students at Government Degree College, Devprayag.

For students from remote and inaccessible areas of Uttarakhand who were unable to attend the event, scholarship amounts were directly transferred to their bank accounts, ensuring that no deserving student was left behind.

Reflecting on the importance of education, the Hon’ble President of India, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind, has emphasized that no child should be left behind due to social or economic barriers. He encouraged every capable individual to support at least one child’s education—whether through school admission, fee payment, or providing books—thus contributing to nation-building.

This scholarship initiative was made possible through the generous contributions of Samoon family members and supporters, including:

छात्रवृत्ति वितरण कार्यक्रम – द्वितीय चरण

दिनांक: 16 मार्च 2019

स्थान: समूण कार्यालय, श्यामपुर, ऋषिकेश, उत्तराखंड

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा मेधावी एवं आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को सहयोग प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से छात्रवृत्ति वितरण कार्यक्रम के द्वितीय चरण का सफल आयोजन दिनांक 16 मार्च 2019 को समूण कार्यालय, श्यामपुर (ऋषिकेश) में किया गया।

इस चरण के अंतर्गत:

• 10 चयनित मेधावी एवं निर्धन विद्यार्थियों को ₹3000 प्रति विद्यार्थी के रूप में छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की गई।

• इससे पूर्व प्रथम चरण (25 फरवरी 2019) में राजकीय महाविद्यालय, देवप्रयाग में 13 विद्यार्थियों को छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की गई थी।

उत्तराखंड के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से जो विद्यार्थी कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित नहीं हो सके, उनके बैंक खातों में छात्रवृत्ति राशि सीधे स्थानांतरित की गई, ताकि कोई भी योग्य विद्यार्थी वंचित न रह जाए।

भारत के महामहिम राष्ट्रपति श्री रामनाथ कोविंद जी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा है कि आर्थिक या सामाजिक कारणों से कोई भी बच्चा शिक्षा से वंचित न रहे। उन्होंने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे कम से कम एक बच्चे की शिक्षा में सहयोग करें, जिससे राष्ट्र निर्माण में योगदान दिया जा सके।
