As part of its ongoing social and humanitarian initiatives, Samoon Foundation continues to support underprivileged students in the rural and hilly regions of Uttarakhand by providing annual scholarships and career guidance.

In continuation of this effort, a Scholarship Distribution & Career Guidance Camp was organized on 25 February 2019 at Omkarananda Saraswati Government Degree College, Devprayag.

During the program:

• A total of 13 selected students from economically weaker backgrounds were awarded scholarships of ₹3000 each.

• Students also received valuable career guidance to help them make informed decisions about their future.

• The session was led by Mr. Kamal Kant Singh (Deputy General Manager, BHEL Haridwar & Vice President, Samoon Foundation).

समूण फाउंडेशन अपनी सामाजिक एवं मानवीय गतिविधियों के अंतर्गत उत्तराखंड के ग्रामीण एवं पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर विद्यार्थियों को प्रतिवर्ष छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान करने एवं करियर मार्गदर्शन देने का कार्य करती है।

इसी क्रम में दिनांक 25 फरवरी 2019 को ओंकारानंद सरस्वती राजकीय महाविद्यालय, देवप्रयाग में छात्रवृत्ति वितरण एवं करियर मार्गदर्शन शिविर का आयोजन किया गया।

इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत:

• आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर पृष्ठभूमि के 13 चयनित विद्यार्थियों को ₹3000 प्रति विद्यार्थी की छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की गई।

• विद्यार्थियों को उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य हेतु उचित करियर चयन के लिए मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।

• यह मार्गदर्शन श्री कमल कांत सिंह (उप महाप्रबंधक, BHEL हरिद्वार एवं उपाध्यक्ष, समूण फाउंडेशन) द्वारा प्रदान किया गया।
