The Delhi team of Samoon Foundation visited Gurugram to inquire about the health condition of Smt. Govindi Devi Ji, mother of Asha Arya Ji, and provided immediate financial assistance of ₹10,000/- through a cheque. The foundation continues to make efforts to support the family further.

Smt. Govindi Devi Ji, a resident of Village Airode, Ranikhet, has been suffering from cancer for a long time. Her husband, Late Shri Balkishan Ji, passed away two years ago. She has three children — two daughters and one son. Being the eldest daughter, Asha Arya Ji took responsibility for supporting and caring for the family.

Asha Ji had been managing the family expenses by doing a small job, but arranging treatment for her mother’s cancer became extremely difficult. Despite all challenges, she gathered courage and arranged money through loans to continue her mother’s treatment at Narayana Hospital, Gurugram. However, the family has now reached a stage where they are unable to bear the further expenses of treatment.

ग्राम एरोड, रानीखेत निवासी श्रीमती गोविंदी देवी जी काफी समय से कैंसर जैसी गंभीर बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं। उनके पति स्वर्गीय श्री बालकिशन जी का निधन दो वर्ष पूर्व हो चुका है। उनके तीन बच्चे हैं, जिनमें दो बेटियां और एक बेटा है। परिवार की सबसे बड़ी बेटी होने के कारण आशा आर्या जी के ऊपर परिवार के पालन-पोषण की जिम्मेदारी आ गई।

आशा जी छोटी सी नौकरी करके परिवार की जिम्मेदारी संभाल रही थीं, लेकिन माता जी के कैंसर का इलाज करवाना बहुत कठिन हो गया। इसके बावजूद उन्होंने हिम्मत नहीं हारी और जैसे-तैसे कर्ज लेकर अपनी माता जी श्रीमती गोविंदी देवी जी (50 वर्ष) का इलाज गुरुग्राम के नारायणा हॉस्पिटल में करवाया, जो अभी भी जारी है। लेकिन अब परिवार के पास आगे के इलाज के लिए आर्थिक संसाधनों की कमी हो गई है।

समूण फाउंडेशन उन सभी सहयोगकर्ताओं का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता है जिन्होंने इस परिवार की सहायता के लिए दान दिया और साथ ही अन्य लोगों से भी अपील करता है कि वे अपनी क्षमता अनुसार सहयोग के लिए आगे आएं।

Medical Assistance Appeal for 5-Year-Old Aditi Negi

Samoon Foundation had appealed for support for the treatment of 5-year-old Aditi Negi, daughter of Shri Kuldeep Singh Negi, a resident of Kandia Talla village, Post Office Rikhnikhal, District Pauri Garhwal.

A few days earlier, while playing, little Aditi accidentally fell and suffered an injury. After initial treatment in the village, the family continued their daily routine, but gradually the injury on Aditi’s head became serious. Eventually, she had to undergo brain surgery at Jolly Grant Hospital, Dehradun. After that, she was referred to Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, where she was admitted to the ICU.

Aditi was fighting for her life with the support of life-saving medical equipment. She had already undergone one brain surgery, and another surgery was still required.

Aditi’s father, Shri Kuldeep Singh Negi, worked as a helper in a company at SIDCUL, Haridwar. However, due to the COVID-19 lockdown, he lost his job and had been unemployed for the last four months. The family had already spent all their available resources on her treatment and requested support from compassionate people for saving their daughter’s life.

Samoon Foundation appealed to everyone to come forward and extend whatever support possible for little Aditi’s treatment. Those unable to contribute financially were requested to share the appeal and help spread awareness.

5 वर्षीय अदिति नेगी के इलाज हेतु सहयोग की अपील

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा 5 वर्षीय मासूम अदिति नेगी, पुत्री श्री कुलदीप सिंह नेगी, निवासी ग्राम कंडिया तल्ला, पोस्ट ऑफिस रिखणीखाल, जिला पौड़ी गढ़वाल के इलाज हेतु सहयोग की अपील की गई थी।

कुछ दिन पहले खेलते समय अचानक गिरने से अदिति के सिर में चोट लग गई थी। गांव में प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद परिवार अपने दैनिक कार्यों में लग गया, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे अदिति के सिर की चोट गंभीर होती गई। अंततः उसे देहरादून के जॉली ग्रांट अस्पताल में दिमाग की सर्जरी करवानी पड़ी और वहां से रेफर होने के बाद उसे श्री महंत इंद्रेश अस्पताल में आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया।

मासूम अदिति जीवन रक्षक यंत्रों के सहारे जिंदगी और मौत के बीच संघर्ष कर रही थी। उसके दिमाग की एक सर्जरी हो चुकी थी और एक अन्य सर्जरी होना बाकी था।

अदिति के पिता श्री कुलदीप सिंह नेगी हरिद्वार स्थित सिडकुल की एक कंपनी में हेल्पर की नौकरी करते थे, लेकिन लॉकडाउन के कारण उनकी नौकरी चली गई और वह पिछले चार महीनों से बेरोजगार थे। परिवार अपनी सारी जमा पूंजी इलाज में लगा चुका था, जिसके बाद उन्होंने समाज के दयालु लोगों से अपनी बेटी के इलाज हेतु सहयोग की अपील की।

आग में बुरी तरह झुलसने के बाद जिंदगी और मौत से संघर्ष कर रहे राजेन्द्र जी ने आखिरकार श्री महंत इंद्रेश हॉस्पिटल, देहरादून में सफल सर्जरी के बाद जीवन की जंग जीत ली और स्वस्थ होकर अपने घर वापस लौट गए।

दो अस्पतालों से निराशा मिलने के बाद महंत इंद्रेश हॉस्पिटल में उन्हें बेहतर उपचार मिला और सफल सर्जरी के बाद उनके स्वास्थ्य में सुधार हुआ।

With this hope, Asha Arya, a resident of Village Airode, Post Office Pantkotli, Tehsil Ranikhet, District Almora, Uttarakhand, currently working in Gurugram, approached the Samoon family seeking help for her mother’s treatment.

Asha Ji shared that the last two years brought many hardships into her life. During this difficult period, she lost her father, and her mother, Smt. Govindi Devi Ji, was diagnosed with liver cancer. Despite facing these challenges, Asha Ji is working a small job in Gurugram and taking responsibility for her mother’s treatment along with the care and upbringing of her two younger siblings.

Her mother’s treatment was earlier being carried out at Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi, under the Ayushman Bharat scheme. However, due to the lockdown situation, regular treatment at Safdarjung Hospital was not possible, and she was forced to continue treatment at Narayana Hospital, Gurugram, which created additional financial difficulties.

A Message from a Stray Cow – An Appeal for Compassion Towards Animals

Samoon Foundation shared a heartfelt message highlighting the importance of compassion, kindness, and care towards animals, especially cows who have been respected and valued in Indian culture for generations.

Since childhood, we have learned about the importance of cows through our textbooks. We were taught that cows are useful animals, providing milk, manure used as fertilizer and fuel, and other resources even after their lifetime. Cows have traditionally been given the status of a mother because of the nourishment provided by their milk. There was a time when serving and caring for cows was considered a duty and a blessing. They were respected members of every household and held a significant social and economic value.

However, the situation has changed today. Many people keep cows only as long as they provide milk, and when they stop giving milk, they are abandoned on roads to live helplessly. These animals often suffer from hunger, thirst, injuries, and neglect. They wander without care, facing harsh conditions and pain that often goes unnoticed.

The message reminds humanity that animals are living beings who feel pain and deserve kindness and protection. It appeals to people to understand their responsibility towards all creatures and show compassion instead of cruelty.

Every living being deserves care, respect, and a life free from suffering. Let us become more sensitive towards animals and contribute towards creating a kinder society.

एक गाय की पुकार – प्राणियों के प्रति दया और करुणा का संदेश

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा प्राणियों के प्रति दया, करुणा और संवेदनशीलता का संदेश देते हुए एक भावपूर्ण अपील साझा की गई।

बचपन से ही हम सभी ने अपनी पाठ्य पुस्तकों में गाय के महत्व के बारे में पढ़ा है। हमें बताया गया कि गाय एक उपयोगी पशु है, जिसके दूध से पोषण मिलता है और गोबर एवं गोमूत्र का उपयोग विभिन्न कार्यों में किया जाता है। भारतीय संस्कृति में गाय को माँ के समान सम्मान दिया गया है। एक समय था जब गाय परिवार का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा हुआ करती थी और उसकी सेवा करना लोग अपना सौभाग्य और कर्तव्य मानते थे।

लेकिन आज परिस्थितियां बदल गई हैं। कई लोग गाय को तब तक पालते हैं जब तक वह दूध देती है और उसके बाद उसे बेसहारा छोड़ देते हैं। ऐसी गायें सड़कों पर भूखी-प्यासी भटकने को मजबूर हो जाती हैं और कई बार उन्हें चोट, पीड़ा और उपेक्षा का सामना करना पड़ता है।

यह संदेश मानव समाज को याद दिलाता है कि पशु भी संवेदनशील जीव हैं, उन्हें भी दर्द और तकलीफ का अनुभव होता है। जिस प्रकार हम अपने लिए सुरक्षा और सम्मान चाहते हैं, उसी प्रकार हमें अन्य प्राणियों के प्रति भी दया और जिम्मेदारी का भाव रखना चाहिए।

Medical Support Provided to Rajendra Singh Chauhan Ji
Date: 28 June, 2020
Location: Kirod Village, Devprayag, Tehri Garhwal & Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Samoon Foundation provided financial and social support for the treatment of Shri Rajendra Singh Chauhan Ji, son of Late Shri Karan Singh Chauhan Ji, a resident of Kirod village, Patti Bharpur, Tehsil Devprayag.

A few days earlier, Rajendra Ji suffered severe burn injuries after falling into a fire during an epileptic seizure. After receiving initial treatment at the government hospital in Rishikesh, he underwent treatment for 16 days at Coronation Hospital, Dehradun. Later, he was referred to Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dehradun, where his treatment is currently ongoing.

After the initial treatment, Rajendra Ji was admitted to the Plastic Surgery Ward. Although doctors at Coronation Hospital had expressed very low chances of his recovery, his health condition has shown significant improvement after treatment at Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital.

A surgery was scheduled for 29 June 2020, for which O+ blood was required. With the support of kind-hearted donors, the required blood arrangement was successfully completed, despite the challenges and fear among people regarding blood donation during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Although his treatment was being carried out through the health card facility, Samoon Foundation transferred ₹11,000/- through online banking to the account of his brother, Shri Jaipal Singh Chauhan Ji, to support additional expenses related to his treatment.

राजेन्द्र सिंह चौहान जी के इलाज हेतु सहायता
दिनांक: 28 जून, 2020
स्थान: ग्राम किरोड़, तहसील देवप्रयाग, टिहरी गढ़वाल एवं देहरादून, उत्तराखंड

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा ग्राम सभा किरोड़, पट्टी भरपूर, तहसील देवप्रयाग निवासी श्री राजेन्द्र सिंह चौहान जी, पुत्र स्वर्गीय श्री करण सिंह चौहान जी के इलाज हेतु सहायता प्रदान की गई।

कुछ दिन पूर्व मिर्गी का दौरा पड़ने के दौरान राजेन्द्र जी आग में झुलस गए थे। ऋषिकेश सरकारी अस्पताल में प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उनका 16 दिनों तक कोरोनेशन अस्पताल, देहरादून में इलाज चला। इसके बाद उन्हें श्री महंत इंद्रेश अस्पताल, देहरादून में रेफर किया गया, जहां उनका इलाज वर्तमान में जारी है।

प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उन्हें प्लास्टिक सर्जरी वार्ड में भर्ती किया गया। कोरोनेशन अस्पताल द्वारा उनकी बचने की संभावनाएं बहुत कम बताई गई थीं, लेकिन श्री महंत इंद्रेश अस्पताल में इलाज के बाद उनके स्वास्थ्य में काफी अच्छा सुधार देखने को मिल रहा है।

दिनांक 29 जून, 2020 को उनकी एक सर्जरी होनी थी, जिसके लिए O+ रक्त की आवश्यकता थी। कोरोना काल में जहां लोग रक्तदान करने से भी भयभीत थे, वहीं कुछ मानवता प्रेमी रक्तदाताओं के सहयोग से आवश्यक रक्त की व्यवस्था सफलतापूर्वक कर ली गई।

हालांकि उनका इलाज स्वास्थ्य कार्ड के माध्यम से हो रहा है, फिर भी अन्य आवश्यक खर्चों को ध्यान में रखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग के माध्यम से ₹11,000/- की सहायता राशि उनके भाई श्री जयपाल सिंह चौहान जी के खाते में स्थानांतरित की गई।

Samoon Foundation initiated a medical assistance campaign to support the treatment of Rajendra Ji, a 36-year-old resident of Kirod village, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.

A few days before this appeal, while Rajendra Ji was preparing his meal, he suddenly suffered an epileptic seizure and fell onto a burning stove. Due to this unfortunate incident, his chest was severely burnt and his internal organs were also affected. He was immediately taken to the government hospital in Rishikesh through an ambulance, but considering his critical condition, he was referred to the government hospital in Dehradun for further treatment.

After consultation with the doctors, it was informed that his condition was extremely serious and saving his life would be very difficult. An immediate surgery was required, although there was no guarantee of its success.

Rajendra Ji, who had been suffering from epilepsy for many years, was forced to live a difficult and isolated life. A few years ago, he was working in Punjab, but after developing this illness, he started living alone at his home. His parents had passed away, and his brothers were unable to stay with him all the time for his care. Due to sudden epileptic attacks, he had suffered serious injuries several times in the past, and this illness had made his life extremely challenging.

Samoon Foundation had already started planning support for his future care and had contacted an ashram where arrangements could be made for his stay after the COVID-19 situation improved. However, before these arrangements could be completed, this unfortunate incident occurred. His treatment was also delayed due to the absence of a health card, but with the efforts of Samoon Foundation, his health card was prepared to help continue his treatment.

Samoon Foundation appealed to everyone to come forward and contribute towards Rajendra Ji’s treatment. The foundation requested support from society so that he could receive the required medical care and get another chance at life.

राजेन्द्र जी के इलाज हेतु सहायता अभियान

स्थान: किरोड़ गांव, टिहरी गढ़वाल एवं देहरादून, उत्तराखंड

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा राजेन्द्र जी के इलाज में सहायता हेतु एक अभियान शुरू किया गया।

राजेन्द्र जी, उम्र 36 वर्ष, टिहरी गढ़वाल के किरोड़ गांव के मूल निवासी हैं। कुछ दिन पहले जब वह अपने लिए खाना बना रहे थे, तभी अचानक उन्हें मिर्गी का दौरा पड़ा और वह जलते हुए चूल्हे में छाती के बल गिर गए। इस दुर्घटना में उनकी छाती बुरी तरह जल गई और उनके आंतरिक अंगों पर भी गंभीर प्रभाव पड़ा। तत्काल उन्हें एंबुलेंस के माध्यम से ऋषिकेश के सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, लेकिन उनकी गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उन्हें देहरादून के सरकारी अस्पताल में रेफर कर दिया गया।

देहरादून के अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों से बातचीत के बाद पता चला कि उनकी स्थिति बेहद नाजुक है। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार उन्हें बचाने के लिए तत्काल सर्जरी की आवश्यकता थी, हालांकि इसकी सफलता की कोई निश्चित गारंटी नहीं थी।

राजेन्द्र जी पिछले कई वर्षों से मिर्गी की बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं, जिसके कारण उन्हें बहुत कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन व्यतीत करना पड़ रहा था। कुछ वर्ष पहले वह पंजाब में नौकरी कर रहे थे, लेकिन बीमारी के कारण उन्हें वापस घर आकर अकेले रहना पड़ा। उनके माता-पिता का निधन हो चुका था और उनके भाई भी हर समय उनकी देखभाल के लिए साथ रहने में सक्षम नहीं थे। मिर्गी के अचानक आने वाले दौरों के कारण उन्हें कई बार गंभीर चोटें लग चुकी थीं और आज इसी बीमारी के कारण वह जिंदगी और मौत के बीच संघर्ष कर रहे थे।

समूण फाउंडेशन ने राजेन्द्र जी के आगे के इलाज और रहने की व्यवस्था के लिए एक आश्रम से भी संपर्क किया था। कोविड-19 समाप्त होने के बाद उन्हें वहां शिफ्ट करने की योजना बनाई गई थी, लेकिन उससे पहले यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना हो गई। स्वास्थ्य कार्ड न होने के कारण इलाज में देरी हो रही थी, लेकिन समूण फाउंडेशन के प्रयासों से उनका स्वास्थ्य कार्ड भी बनवा दिया गया।

Finally, the successful operation of one-and-a-half-year-old Abhishek has been completed. (फाइनली डेढ़ साल के अभिषेक का सफल ऑपरेशन हो चुका है)

Successful Surgery of One-and-a-Half-Year-Old Abhishek

We are happy to share that one-and-a-half-year-old Abhishek, who was suffering from a congenital medical condition called PUJ Obstruction, has successfully undergone his first surgery.

Abhishek’s parents were unable to afford the expenses of his treatment, but with the continuous efforts and support of Samoon Foundation, his surgery was successfully completed.

The delay in surgery was mainly due to Abhishek’s high fever and frequent shifting between hospitals. Initially, Abhishek was admitted to Miglani Child Hospital, but later, on the parents’ request, he was shifted to New Bhandari Hospital. Samoon Foundation had transferred ₹20,000 to New Bhandari Hospital for his treatment. Later, when Abhishek was shifted back to Miglani Child Hospital, the amount deposited at New Bhandari Hospital was transferred through cheque to Miglani Hospital for his treatment.

For the past one month, the Samoon Foundation team had been continuously coordinating with doctors and hospital authorities. Through discussions and efforts, the estimated surgery cost was reduced from ₹90,000 to ₹50,000, making the treatment possible for the family.

For Abhishek’s surgery, Samoon Foundation provided financial support of:

• ₹10,000 as initial assistance

• ₹20,000 transferred towards hospital treatment

• Around ₹6,000 directly transferred to Abhishek’s father, Shri Kedar Singh Ji

A total assistance of approximately ₹36,000 has been provided so far.

Doctors have informed that Abhishek will require another surgery after around one month as part of his further treatment.

डेढ़ वर्षीय अभिषेक की सफल सर्जरी

हमें यह बताते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है कि डेढ़ वर्षीय अभिषेक, जो जन्म से ही PUJ Obstruction नामक बीमारी से ग्रसित था, का पहला सफल ऑपरेशन हो चुका है।

गरीब माता-पिता अपने बेटे के इलाज का खर्च उठाने में सक्षम नहीं थे, लेकिन समूण फाउंडेशन के निरंतर प्रयासों और सहयोग से अभिषेक का ऑपरेशन सफलतापूर्वक हो पाया।

अभिषेक को तेज बुखार आने और माता-पिता द्वारा समय पर सक्रिय निर्णय न लेने के कारण सर्जरी में देरी हुई। पहले अभिषेक को मिगलानी बाल चिकित्सालय में भर्ती करवाया गया था, लेकिन बाद में माता-पिता की इच्छा से उसे न्यू भंडारी हॉस्पिटल में शिफ्ट किया गया। समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा न्यू भंडारी हॉस्पिटल के खाते में ₹20,000 की राशि ट्रांसफर की गई थी। बाद में जब अभिषेक को पुनः मिगलानी बाल चिकित्सालय में भर्ती कराया गया तो न्यू भंडारी हॉस्पिटल में जमा राशि को चेक के माध्यम से मिगलानी हॉस्पिटल में ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया।

समूण फाउंडेशन की टीम पिछले एक महीने से लगातार हॉस्पिटल एवं डॉक्टरों के संपर्क में थी। टीम के प्रयासों एवं बातचीत के फलस्वरूप ₹90,000 की अनुमानित सर्जरी राशि को घटाकर ₹50,000 किया गया, जिससे इस गरीब परिवार के लिए इलाज संभव हो पाया।

अभिषेक की सर्जरी हेतु समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा:

• प्रारंभिक सहायता के रूप में ₹10,000

• हॉस्पिटल उपचार हेतु ₹20,000

• अभिषेक के पिता श्री केदार सिंह जी के खाते में लगभग ₹6,000

इस प्रकार अब तक कुल लगभग ₹36,000 की सहायता प्रदान की जा चुकी है।

डॉक्टरों के अनुसार अभिषेक की आगे की चिकित्सा प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत लगभग एक महीने बाद एक और सर्जरी आवश्यक होगी।

Samoon Foundation member Shri Mehrban Singh Rawat Ji, who works in Nigeria but was stranded in India due to the global pandemic, decided not to remain at home during this difficult time. Instead, for the last two months, he has been continuously reaching out to needy families and delivering essential food supplies through his scooter, on foot, and by vehicle.

On 06 June, 2020, essential food items were again distributed to identified needy families in Rishikesh with his support.

नाइजीरिया में कार्य करने वाले समूण फाउंडेशन के सदस्य श्री मेहरबान सिंह रावत जी भी इस महामारी के कारण भारत में फंस गए हैं। लेकिन उन्होंने इस कठिन समय में घर पर बैठने के बजाय पिछले दो महीनों से लगातार जरूरतमंद लोगों तक सहायता पहुंचाने का संकल्प लिया।

Samoon Foundation has been continuously receiving requests for ration support from several lower middle-class families who have been severely affected during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On 05 June, 2020, Samoon Foundation received a request for ration assistance from the family of Shri Mahendra Singh Negi Ji, who is currently living in a rented room at Canal Road, Gumnivala Shyampur. His family is originally from Village Sondha, Patti Gopeshwar, Chamoli, Uttarakhand.

Responding immediately to the request, the Samoon Foundation team visited their home and provided essential food supplies to the family.

Shri Mahendra Singh Negi Ji was working in a private company in Chandigarh, but due to the COVID-19 crisis, he has been unemployed for the last five months. Because of this loss of income, the family was facing difficulty arranging basic food necessities.

For the last two months, Samoon Foundation has continuously been providing ration support to families facing similar hardships.

दिनांक 05 जून 2020 को कैनाल रोड स्थित गुमानीवाला श्यामपुर में किराए के कमरे में रह रहे श्री महेंद्र सिंह नेगी जी के परिवार द्वारा राशन सहायता हेतु समूण फाउंडेशन से संपर्क किया गया। उनका मूल निवास ग्राम सोंधा, पट्टी गोपेश्वर, चमोली, उत्तराखंड है।

समूण फाउंडेशन की टीम ने तत्काल उनके घर पहुंचकर आवश्यक खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई।

महेंद्र जी चंडीगढ़ की एक निजी कंपनी में कार्यरत थे, लेकिन कोरोना महामारी के कारण पिछले पांच महीनों से बेरोजगार हैं। रोजगार समाप्त होने के कारण परिवार के सामने राशन एवं दैनिक आवश्यकताओं की व्यवस्था करना कठिन हो गया था।

One such dedicated artist was Late Shri Jaipal Negi Ji, who made a valuable contribution to the Uttarakhand cinema and cultural field through his artistic work.

Support and Rehabilitation Efforts for Shri Rajendra Ji

A few days ago, while Shri Rajendra Ji was preparing his meal, he suddenly suffered an epileptic seizure and fell onto the burning stove. Due to this accident, his hand, leg, and throat suffered burn injuries.

After learning about his condition, Samoon Foundation met Rajendra Ji and provided immediate assistance of ₹500 for medicines. The foundation has also assured him of all possible support in the future.

Rajendra Ji, aged 36 years, is a resident of Kirod Village, Patti Bharpur, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Due to epilepsy, he has been forced to live a very difficult life. A few years ago, he was working safely in Punjab, but after being affected by this illness, his life changed completely.

His parents are no longer alive, and his brothers are unable to stay with him all the time for his care. Whenever he suffers an epileptic seizure, he has faced dangerous situations resulting in serious injuries. Due to this illness, he has also been unable to get married.

Samoon Foundation appeals to everyone to suggest suitable ashrams or organizations where Rajendra Ji can receive proper care, treatment, and an opportunity to contribute through service.

If Rajendra Ji can get admission to Apna Ghar, Bharatpur, it would be a great support, as the organization is doing commendable work for people in need of care and rehabilitation. Anyone who can help with the admission process or connect him with such an institution would be making a valuable contribution towards humanity.

कुछ दिन पहले जब श्री राजेंद्र जी अपने लिए खाना बना रहे थे, तभी अचानक उन्हें मिर्गी का दौरा पड़ा और वे जलते हुए चूल्हे में गिर गए। इस दुर्घटना में उनका हाथ, पैर एवं गला जल गया।

समूण फाउंडेशन को जानकारी मिलने पर टीम ने राजेंद्र जी से मुलाकात की और तत्काल दवाई के लिए ₹500 की सहायता राशि प्रदान की। साथ ही आगे भी हर संभव मदद का आश्वासन दिया गया।

आपको बता दें कि 36 वर्षीय राजेंद्र जी, ग्राम किरोड़, पट्टी भरपूर, टिहरी गढ़वाल, उत्तराखंड के मूल निवासी हैं। मिर्गी की बीमारी के कारण वे अत्यंत कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन यापन करने को मजबूर हैं।

कुछ वर्ष पहले वे पंजाब में नौकरी करते थे, लेकिन बीमारी के कारण उनका जीवन पूरी तरह बदल गया। उनके माता-पिता अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं और उनके भाई भी इतने सक्षम नहीं हैं कि हर समय उनकी देखभाल कर सकें। जब भी उन्हें मिर्गी के दौरे आते हैं तो कई बार उन्हें गंभीर चोटें लग जाती हैं। इसी बीमारी के कारण वे आज तक विवाह भी नहीं कर पाए।

समूण फाउंडेशन आप सभी से निवेदन करता है कि ऐसे किसी आश्रम या संस्था की जानकारी दें जहां राजेंद्र जी को भर्ती कराया जा सके, जिससे उनका इलाज भी हो सके और वे सुरक्षित वातावरण में जीवन व्यतीत कर सकें।

Continued Medical Support for One-and-a-Half-Year-Old Abhishek

Samoon Foundation continues its efforts to support the treatment of one-and-a-half-year-old Abhishek, whose parents were unable to bear the expenses of his medical treatment due to their difficult financial condition.

On 28 May, 2020, Samoon Foundation transferred an additional ₹20,000 directly to the hospital towards Abhishek’s treatment. Earlier, the foundation had also provided immediate assistance of ₹10,000 to help begin his medical care.

Considering the helpless situation of the family, Samoon Foundation has taken the responsibility of supporting the treatment of this young child and is making every possible effort to ensure that lack of money does not become a barrier to his recovery.

Abhishek’s father, Shri Kedar Singh Ji, is originally from Village Sajwan Gaon, Post Office Kharsadi, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. He was working in a hotel in Amritsar, Punjab, and is currently stranded there due to the circumstances.

डेढ़ साल के अभिषेक के इलाज के लिए समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

दिनांक 28 मई 2020 को अभिषेक के उपचार हेतु पुनः ₹20,000 की धनराशि हॉस्पिटल के खाते में ट्रांसफर की गई। इससे पहले भी समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा इलाज शुरू करवाने हेतु ₹10,000 की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जा चुकी है।

गरीब माता-पिता अपने बेटे के इलाज का खर्च उठाने में असमर्थ थे, उनकी परिस्थिति को देखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन ने इस नन्हे बच्चे के इलाज में सहयोग करने का निर्णय लिया और आगे भी हर संभव सहायता के लिए प्रयासरत है।

अभिषेक के पिता श्री केदार सिंह जी मूल रूप से ग्राम सज्वाण गांव, पोस्ट ऑफिस खरसाडी, टिहरी गढ़वाल, उत्तराखंड के निवासी हैं। वे अमृतसर, पंजाब में होटल में नौकरी करते थे और वर्तमान परिस्थितियों के कारण वहीं फंसे हुए हैं।

Support for Differently Abled Tailor Shri Kushal Singh Ji

Despite being differently abled since birth with both legs affected, Shri Kushal Singh Ji never gave up on life. To earn his livelihood, he started a small tailoring shop where he worked hard and supported himself through his skills.

However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, his livelihood was severely affected and he started facing financial difficulties.

Understanding his situation, Samoon Foundation Devprayag Team member Shri Neeraj Pant Ji provided a food support kit to Kushal Singh Ji. The kit included essential items such as 5 kg flour, 5 kg rice, 1 kg sugar, tea leaves, bathing soaps, washing soap, toothpaste, salt, cooking oil, spices, and other daily-use necessities.

Shri Kushal Singh Ji, aged 46 years, is a resident of Village Gorthikanda, Devprayag, and runs a small tailoring shop in Devprayag.

His determination, self-reliance, and courage to continue working despite challenges make him an inspiration for everyone. Samoon Foundation salutes his spirit and dedication.

दिव्यांग दर्जी श्री कुशाल सिंह जी को खाद्य सामग्री सहायता

जन्म से ही दोनों पैरों से दिव्यांग होने के बावजूद श्री कुशाल सिंह जी ने कभी जीवन में हार नहीं मानी। उन्होंने आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए एक छोटी सी सिलाई की दुकान शुरू की, जहां थोड़ी बहुत सिलाई का कार्य करके अपना जीवन यापन कर रहे थे।

लेकिन COVID-19 महामारी के कारण उनकी आजीविका प्रभावित हुई और उन्हें आर्थिक परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ रहा था।

श्री कुशाल सिंह जी की परिस्थिति को देखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन देवप्रयाग टीम के सदस्य श्री नीरज पंत जी द्वारा उन्हें खाद्य सामग्री कीट प्रदान की गई। इस कीट में 5 किलो आटा, 5 किलो चावल, 1 किलो चीनी, चायपत्ती, नहाने की साबुन, कपड़े धोने की साबुन, टूथपेस्ट, नमक, तेल, मसाले एवं अन्य दैनिक उपयोग की सामग्री शामिल थी।

श्री कुशाल सिंह जी, जिनकी उम्र 46 वर्ष है, मूल रूप से ग्राम गोर्थिकण्डा, देवप्रयाग के निवासी हैं और देवप्रयाग में अपनी छोटी सी सिलाई की दुकान चलाते हैं।

उनका आत्मविश्वास, मेहनत और परिस्थितियों से लड़ने का जज्बा हम सभी के लिए प्रेरणास्रोत है। समूण परिवार उनके इस साहस और आत्मनिर्भरता को नमन करता है।

May God grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to his family to bear this irreparable loss.

Just four days ago, when the Samoon Foundation team provided a cheque of ₹20,000 towards Anoop Ji’s medical treatment, he was bravely fighting against his illness. He had expressed his hope that after recovering, he would also contribute towards serving society and humanity.

However, destiny had something else planned.
