Medical Assistance Campaign for Rajendra Ji

Samoon Foundation initiated a medical assistance campaign to support the treatment of Rajendra Ji, a 36-year-old resident of Kirod village, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.

A few days before this appeal, while Rajendra Ji was preparing his meal, he suddenly suffered an epileptic seizure and fell onto a burning stove. Due to this unfortunate incident, his chest was severely burnt and his internal organs were also affected. He was immediately taken to the government hospital in Rishikesh through an ambulance, but considering his critical condition, he was referred to the government hospital in Dehradun for further treatment.

After consultation with the doctors, it was informed that his condition was extremely serious and saving his life would be very difficult. An immediate surgery was required, although there was no guarantee of its success.

Rajendra Ji, who had been suffering from epilepsy for many years, was forced to live a difficult and isolated life. A few years ago, he was working in Punjab, but after developing this illness, he started living alone at his home. His parents had passed away, and his brothers were unable to stay with him all the time for his care. Due to sudden epileptic attacks, he had suffered serious injuries several times in the past, and this illness had made his life extremely challenging.

Samoon Foundation had already started planning support for his future care and had contacted an ashram where arrangements could be made for his stay after the COVID-19 situation improved. However, before these arrangements could be completed, this unfortunate incident occurred. His treatment was also delayed due to the absence of a health card, but with the efforts of Samoon Foundation, his health card was prepared to help continue his treatment.

Samoon Foundation appealed to everyone to come forward and contribute towards Rajendra Ji’s treatment. The foundation requested support from society so that he could receive the required medical care and get another chance at life.

राजेन्द्र जी के इलाज हेतु सहायता अभियान

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा राजेन्द्र जी के इलाज में सहायता हेतु एक अभियान शुरू किया गया।

राजेन्द्र जी, उम्र 36 वर्ष, टिहरी गढ़वाल के किरोड़ गांव के मूल निवासी हैं। कुछ दिन पहले जब वह अपने लिए खाना बना रहे थे, तभी अचानक उन्हें मिर्गी का दौरा पड़ा और वह जलते हुए चूल्हे में छाती के बल गिर गए। इस दुर्घटना में उनकी छाती बुरी तरह जल गई और उनके आंतरिक अंगों पर भी गंभीर प्रभाव पड़ा। तत्काल उन्हें एंबुलेंस के माध्यम से ऋषिकेश के सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, लेकिन उनकी गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उन्हें देहरादून के सरकारी अस्पताल में रेफर कर दिया गया।

देहरादून के अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों से बातचीत के बाद पता चला कि उनकी स्थिति बेहद नाजुक है। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार उन्हें बचाने के लिए तत्काल सर्जरी की आवश्यकता थी, हालांकि इसकी सफलता की कोई निश्चित गारंटी नहीं थी।

राजेन्द्र जी पिछले कई वर्षों से मिर्गी की बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं, जिसके कारण उन्हें बहुत कठिन परिस्थितियों में जीवन व्यतीत करना पड़ रहा था। कुछ वर्ष पहले वह पंजाब में नौकरी कर रहे थे, लेकिन बीमारी के कारण उन्हें वापस घर आकर अकेले रहना पड़ा। उनके माता-पिता का निधन हो चुका था और उनके भाई भी हर समय उनकी देखभाल के लिए साथ रहने में सक्षम नहीं थे। मिर्गी के अचानक आने वाले दौरों के कारण उन्हें कई बार गंभीर चोटें लग चुकी थीं और आज इसी बीमारी के कारण वह जिंदगी और मौत के बीच संघर्ष कर रहे थे।

समूण फाउंडेशन ने राजेन्द्र जी के आगे के इलाज और रहने की व्यवस्था के लिए एक आश्रम से भी संपर्क किया था। कोविड-19 समाप्त होने के बाद उन्हें वहां शिफ्ट करने की योजना बनाई गई थी, लेकिन उससे पहले यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना हो गई। स्वास्थ्य कार्ड न होने के कारण इलाज में देरी हो रही थी, लेकिन समूण फाउंडेशन के प्रयासों से उनका स्वास्थ्य कार्ड भी बनवा दिया गया।

समूण फाउंडेशन की ओर से राजेन्द्र जी के इलाज के लिए सहायता राशि एकत्रित करने हेतु सभी लोगों से सहयोग की अपील की गई। आपका छोटा सा सहयोग भी उनके जीवन को बचाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा सकता है।
