Samoon Foundation continued its multifaceted support towards children’s education by distributing free warm sweaters and tracksuits to students at Government Primary School – Lasi, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, on 30 November 2024. This initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment towards both academic growth and physical well-being, ensuring that children have the necessary support to thrive inside and outside the classroom.
The program focused on addressing two important needs of students—protection from the cold winter season and encouragement towards physical activities through proper sports attire. By providing warm sweaters and tracksuits, Samoon Foundation aimed to create a supportive and healthy environment where children can focus on their education while also participating actively in sports and physical development.
School Headmistress Mrs. Geeta Arya appreciated the initiative and expressed that such efforts by Samoon Foundation are truly inspiring as they contribute towards both the health and education of students. School Management Committee President Mrs. Rekha Devi also praised the initiative, stating that meaningful support like this plays an important role in shaping a brighter future for rural children and strengthening the foundation of education.
Parents present during the program also expressed their gratitude and acknowledged the positive impact of the Foundation’s efforts on their children’s confidence and learning experience.

समून फाउंडेशन ने बच्चों की शिक्षा और सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए अपने निरंतर प्रयासों को आगे बढ़ाते हुए दिनांक 30 नवंबर 2024 को उत्तराखंड के टिहरी गढ़वाल स्थित राजकीय प्राथमिक विद्यालय – लासी में विद्यार्थियों को निःशुल्क गर्म स्वेटर एवं ट्रैकसूट वितरित किए। यह पहल संस्था की उस प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है, जिसमें बच्चों के शैक्षणिक विकास के साथ-साथ उनके शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य और विकास को भी समान महत्व दिया जाता है।
इस कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों की दो महत्वपूर्ण आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने का प्रयास किया गया—सर्दियों के मौसम से सुरक्षा और खेल एवं शारीरिक गतिविधियों में भागीदारी को बढ़ावा देना। गर्म स्वेटर और ट्रैकसूट उपलब्ध कराकर समून फाउंडेशन ने ऐसा वातावरण तैयार करने का प्रयास किया, जहां बच्चे आराम और आत्मविश्वास के साथ शिक्षा ग्रहण कर सकें तथा खेल गतिविधियों में भी सक्रिय रूप से भाग ले सकें।
विद्यालय की प्रधानाध्यापिका श्रीमती गीता आर्या जी ने समून फाउंडेशन के इस प्रयास की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि यह पहल विद्यार्थियों के स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा दोनों के लिए अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक है। विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति की अध्यक्ष श्रीमती रेखा देवी जी ने भी इस कार्य की प्रशंसा करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार का सार्थक सहयोग ग्रामीण बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के निर्माण और शिक्षा की नींव को मजबूत करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।
कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित अभिभावकों ने भी समून फाउंडेशन के प्रयासों की सराहना की और बताया कि इस प्रकार की सहायता से बच्चों के आत्मविश्वास और शिक्षा के प्रति रुचि में सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है।
