A hospital bed, stretcher, blankets, clothing, and ration supplies have been sent to the village of Paw, Post Office - Newli, District - Tehri Garhwal, for Mr. Dibyagankishan Lal. Samoon Foundation received a heartfelt letter from Smt. Basanti Devi Ji, an elderly resident of Gram Panchayat Paw, Tehri Garhwal.

In her letter, she shared the hardships she has been facing since the passing of her husband. She is solely responsible for taking care of her younger son, Kishan Lal Ji (36 years old), who is 100% physically disabled and has no source of livelihood.

Her elder son works as a daily wage laborer, but his limited income is not sufficient to support the entire family. Due to his complete disability, Kishan Lal Ji does not have an Aadhaar card, which makes him ineligible for receiving any government disability pension benefits.

This situation has placed a heavy financial and emotional burden on Basanti Devi Ji, who is already struggling at an advanced age. With no stable means of support, the family has been facing extremely difficult circumstances.

Understanding the seriousness of the situation, Samoon Foundation has pledged to extend all possible assistance to this distressed mother and her family, and remains committed to supporting them in every possible way.

समूण फाउंडेशन को ग्राम पंचायत पाव, टिहरी गढ़वाल की बुजुर्ग निवासी श्रीमती बसंती देवी जी का एक भावनात्मक निवेदन पत्र प्राप्त हुआ।

अपने पत्र में उन्होंने पति के निधन के बाद की कठिन परिस्थितियों का उल्लेख किया। उनके छोटे पुत्र किशन लाल (आयु 36 वर्ष) 100% दिव्यांग हैं और उनके पालन-पोषण की पूरी जिम्मेदारी बसंती देवी जी के ऊपर है।

परिवार का बड़ा बेटा मजदूरी करता है, लेकिन उसकी आय पूरे परिवार के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है। किशन लाल जी का पूर्ण रूप से दिव्यांग होने के कारण अभी तक उनका आधार कार्ड नहीं बन पाया है, जिससे उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की सरकारी विकलांग पेंशन का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है।

इस कारण बसंती देवी जी, जो स्वयं बुजुर्ग हैं, अत्यंत कठिन आर्थिक और मानसिक परिस्थितियों का सामना कर रही हैं। परिवार के पास कोई स्थायी आय का साधन नहीं है।

परिस्थिति की गंभीरता को समझते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन ने इस जरूरतमंद परिवार की हर संभव सहायता करने का संकल्प लिया है और आगे भी हर संभव सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

Library Construction & Safety Equipment Installation at Samoon Adarsh Vidyalaya

Samoon Foundation has successfully constructed a library and installed essential safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, at Samoon Adarsh Vidyalaya in Osla village.

Osla village, located in the remote border areas of Uttarkashi district, has long remained disconnected from mainstream development. Even today, the village lacks basic facilities such as electricity, roads, network connectivity, healthcare, and quality educational infrastructure.

Responding to the requests of the villagers, Samoon Foundation established Samoon Adarsh Vidyalaya in the village, where for the past one year, around 200 children have been receiving free education to build a brighter future.

Reaching this remote village requires a 16-kilometer trek on foot, making it even more challenging to provide resources and facilities. Despite these challenges, Samoon Foundation is committed to delivering facilities comparable to private urban schools.

As part of this effort, a library has been constructed to promote reading habits and learning among students. Additionally, safety equipment such as fire extinguishers has been installed to ensure preparedness for emergencies like fire incidents.

Looking ahead, Samoon Foundation aims to construct a dedicated school building and introduce smart classrooms to provide quality education to children in this remote region.

समूण आदर्श विद्यालय, ओसला में पुस्तकालय निर्माण एवं सुरक्षा उपकरण स्थापना

स्थान: ओसला गांव, उत्तरकाशी, उत्तराखंड

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा ओसला गांव स्थित समूण आदर्श विद्यालय में पुस्तकालय का निर्माण एवं फायर एक्सटिंग्विशर सहित सुरक्षा उपकरणों की स्थापना की गई है।

उत्तरकाशी जिले के अंतिम सीमावर्ती क्षेत्र में स्थित ओसला गांव आज भी विकास की मुख्यधारा से पूरी तरह जुड़ नहीं पाया है। यहां आज भी बिजली, सड़क, नेटवर्क, स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अभाव है।

गांववासियों के निवेदन पर समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा यहां समूण आदर्श विद्यालय की स्थापना की गई, जहां पिछले एक वर्ष से लगभग 200 बच्चों को निशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान की जा रही है, ताकि उनका भविष्य उज्जवल बनाया जा सके।

इस दुर्गम गांव तक पहुंचने के लिए लगभग 16 किलोमीटर पैदल मार्ग तय करना पड़ता है, फिर भी समूण फाउंडेशन शहरों के निजी विद्यालयों जैसी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।

इसी दिशा में विद्यालय में एक पुस्तकालय का निर्माण किया गया है, जिससे बच्चों में पढ़ने की रुचि विकसित हो सके। साथ ही, आगजनी जैसी आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों से निपटने के लिए फायर एक्सटिंग्विशर जैसे सुरक्षा उपकरण भी स्थापित किए गए हैं।

भविष्य में समूण फाउंडेशन का लक्ष्य यहां स्वयं का स्कूल भवन निर्माण करना तथा स्मार्ट क्लासेस के माध्यम से बच्चों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्रदान करना है।
