Support Provided to Divyang Kishan Lal Ji in Village Paw

Samoon Foundation extended support to Divyang Kishan Lal Ji by providing a hospital bed, stretcher, blankets, clothing, and ration supplies at his residence in Village Paw, Tehri Garhwal.
On 21 April, 2022, Samoon Foundation received a heartfelt letter from Smt. Basanti Devi Ji, an elderly resident of Gram Panchayat Paw. In her letter, she shared the hardships she has been facing since the demise of her husband. She is solely responsible for the care of her younger son, Kishan Lal Ji (36 years old), who is 100% physically disabled and has no means of livelihood.
Her elder son works as a daily wage laborer, but his income is insufficient to support the family. Due to his complete disability, Kishan Lal Ji does not yet have an Aadhaar card, making him ineligible for government disability pension benefits. This has placed a heavy financial burden on Basanti Devi Ji, who is already struggling due to her age and circumstances.
Understanding the seriousness of the situation, Samoon Foundation committed to providing all possible assistance to this distressed family.
Accordingly, the Samoon team visited Village Paw and delivered essential support items including a customized medical bed, stretcher, blankets, clothes, and ration supplies.
It is important to note that Divyang Kishan Lal Ji has been confined to a single place for the past 34 years, spending his life lying down due to his condition. Keeping his needs in mind, Samoon Foundation arranged a specially modified medical bed to provide him with better comfort and support.
While it may not be possible to completely change his circumstances, Samoon Foundation believes that even this small effort will bring some relief and positive change in Kishan Lal Ji’s life.

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा ग्राम पाव, पोस्ट ऑफिस न्यूली, टिहरी गढ़वाल में दिव्यांग किशन लाल जी के लिए अस्पताल बेड, स्ट्रेचर, कंबल, कपड़े एवं राशन सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई गई।
दिनांक 21 अप्रैल 2022 को समूण फाउंडेशन को ग्राम पंचायत पाव की बुजुर्ग निवासी श्रीमती बसंती देवी जी का एक निवेदन पत्र प्राप्त हुआ, जिसमें उन्होंने अपने पति के निधन के बाद की कठिन परिस्थितियों का वर्णन किया। उनके छोटे बेटे किशन लाल (आयु 36 वर्ष) 100% दिव्यांग हैं और उनके पालन-पोषण की पूरी जिम्मेदारी उन पर है।
परिवार का बड़ा बेटा मजदूरी करता है, लेकिन उसकी आय पर्याप्त नहीं है। किशन लाल जी का पूर्ण रूप से दिव्यांग होने के कारण अभी तक उनका आधार कार्ड नहीं बन पाया है, जिसके कारण उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार की सरकारी विकलांग पेंशन का लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा है।
बुजुर्ग अवस्था में बसंती देवी जी इन सभी कठिनाइयों का सामना कर रही थीं और आर्थिक रूप से अत्यंत कमजोर होने के कारण उन्हें सहायता की आवश्यकता थी।
परिस्थिति को देखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन ने इस परिवार की हर संभव सहायता करने का निर्णय लिया।
समूण परिवार की टीम आवश्यक सामग्री जैसे मॉडिफाई किया गया मेडिकल बेड, स्ट्रेचर, कंबल, कपड़े एवं राशन लेकर उनके गांव पाव पहुंची।
आपको बता दें कि दिव्यांग किशन लाल जी पिछले 34 वर्षों से एक ही स्थान पर लेटे हुए अपना जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे हैं। उनकी स्थिति को ध्यान में रखते हुए उनके लिए विशेष रूप से आवश्यकतानुसार तैयार किया गया मेडिकल बेड उपलब्ध कराया गया, जिससे उन्हें कुछ राहत मिल सके।
हालांकि हम उनकी पूरी समस्या का समाधान नहीं कर सकते, लेकिन यह प्रयास उनके जीवन में कुछ सकारात्मक बदलाव और राहत अवश्य लाएगा।
