A hospital bed, stretcher, blankets, clothing, and ration supplies have been sent to the village of Paw, Post Office - Newli, District - Tehri Garhwal, for Mr. Dibyagankishan Lal.

We received a letter from Mrs. Basanti Devi, an elderly resident of Gram Panchayat - Paw, Post Office - Newli, District - Tehri Garhwal. In her letter, she shared the burden she carries since her husband's passing, specifically in caring for their 100% disabled younger son. With one elder son employed as a laborer, their disabled younger son, Kishan Lal, aged 36, lacks any means of earning a livelihood. Due to his complete disability, Kishan Lal doesn't possess an Aadhaar card, disqualifying him from receiving disability pension support. This situation has placed significant financial strain on Basanti Devi, an elderly woman grappling with these challenges at her age. Besides seeking help from her mother, they lack any other means of support.

The Samoon Foundation has pledged to extend all possible assistance to this distressed mother in need

Safety equipment was installed in the school.

Construction of a library and installation of safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, have been done in the school.

Osla Gaon, situated in the remote areas of Uttarkashi district, remains disconnected from mainstream development, lacking basic amenities such as electricity, roads, network connectivity, healthcare, and educational facilities. Responding to the pleas of the villagers, the Samoon Foundation has established the Samoon Adarsh Vidyalaya in the village, offering free education to 200 children for a brighter future. In these remote villages, inaccessible without a 16-kilometer walk, we endeavour to provide facilities akin to those found in private city schools. We have constructed a library and equipped the school with safety measures, including fire extinguishers, to address potential emergencies like fire outbreaks. Our future goal is to erect a dedicated school building and deliver quality education to children through smart classrooms.

सला गाँव उत्तरकाशी जिले केअंतिम सीमावर्ती गांव होने के कारण विकास की मुख्य धारा सेअभी भी नहीं जुड़ पाया था ।इस गांव में आज भी बिजली, सडक, नेटवर्क, स्वास्थ्य एवँ  शिक्षाआदि जैसे मूलभूत सुविधाओं की व्यवस्था नहीं हो पाई है, ऐसे में गांव वालों के निवेदन पर Samoon फाउंडेशन द्वारा गांव में बच्चों के उज्जवल भविष्य हेतु वहाँ पर समूणआदर्श विद्यालय  खोला गया और विगत 1 वर्ष से 200 बच्चों को निशुल्क शिक्षा प्रदान कर रहे थे ।

ऐसे सीमावर्ती गांव में जहां पर पहुंचने के लिए आपको  16 किलो मीटर पैदल मार्ग से होकर जाना पड़ेगा वहां पर शहरों के प्राइवेट स्कूल जैसी सुविधाएं प्रदान करने हेतु हम प्रयासरत  है।हमने स्कूल में एक लाइब्रेरी का निर्माण कियाहै साथ ही सेफ्टी इक्विपमेंट जैंसे फायरएक्सटिंगशेर भी स्कूल में इंस्टॉल किए  थे ताकिआपातकालकी स्तिथी में आगजनी जैसी घटनाओं पर त्वरित काबू पा  सकें।भविष्य में हम वहां पर स्वयंकी स्कूल बिल्डिंग बनाकर स्मार्टक्लासेस के माध्यम से बच्चों को क्वालिटी एडुकेशन प्रोवाइड करने के लिए प्रयासरत हैं।

 ग्राम पंचायत- पाव, पोस्ट ऑफिस -न्यूली, जिला - टिहरी गढ़वाल ,के मूल निवासी बुजुर्ग माता जी श्रीमती बसंती देवी जी का निवेदन जैसे पत्र प्राप्त हुआ था  जिसमे उन्होने बताया था  कि पति का देहांत के बाद पूर्ण रुप से विकलाँग बेटे के पालन पोषण की जिम्मेदारी उनके उपर आ गयी  थी ।उनके दो पुत्र है बड़ा बेटा ध्याड़ी मजदूरी करते है और छोटे वाले बेटे १०० % विकलांग है अभीउनकी आयु ३६ वर्ष थी  और घर परिवार में उनके विकलांग बेटे की आजीविका हेतु कोई साधन नहीं था ।किशनलालजी का १०० % विकलांग होने के कारण उनका अभी तक आधार कार्ड भी नहीं बना था  इस कारण उनको विकलांग पेंशन भी नहीं मिल पाती थी  ।बसंती देवी जी बुजुर्ग महिला हैं और इस उम्र में उनको इन सब परेशानियोंसे जूझना पड़ रहा था  और इनकी आर्थिक स्तिथि काफी खराब थी  कि अब उनकी माँ के पास मदद मांगने के अलावा कोई चारा नहीं था । समूण परिवार इस माता जी की मदद के लिए हर सम्भव मदद की ठानी थी 

समूण परिवार की टीम दिब्यागँ किशन लाल के लिए एक होस्पिटल बेड, स्ट्रेचर, ब्लेंकेट्स, कपडे और राशन आदि सामग्री लेकर उनके गाँव - पाव, पोस्ट ऑफिस -न्यूली, जिला - टिहरी गढ़वाल पहुंची थी  ।आपको बता दें कि दिव्यांग किशन लाल पिछले 34 सालों से एक ही जगह पर लेटे लेटे अपना जीवन व्यतीत कर रहा है जिसको देखते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन ने उनके लिए एक मेडिकेटेड बैड भेजा था  जो उनके जरूरत के अनुसार मॉडिफाई किया गया था। 

हालांकि हम चाह कर भी दिव्यांग किशन लाल के लिए बहुत कुछ नही कर सकते लेकिन जितना भी किया किया गया  उससे अवश्य ही किशन लाल के जीवन मे थोड़ा परिवर्तन तो अवश्य आएगा ।
