The Samoon Foundation continued its dedicated mission to equip 4,000 underprivileged children with school uniforms by December 2024, reaching the Anganwadi Center in Village Musadhung-1, Rudraprayag. Here, the Foundation distributed warm sweaters to the youngest learners, offering both comfort and encouragement as winter approached. Mr. Darmiyan Singh JakwalJi, representing the Foundation, personally facilitated the distribution and applauded members who contribute a portion of their earnings to support these grassroots initiatives. Angan wadihead worker Mrs. Shakuntala Devi expressed deep appreciation, remarking, “The organization is doing commendable work for society; we should all support such efforts.” Village head Mrs. Sundari Devi called the gesture an “excellent present for little children,” emphasizing its timely importance as temperatures begin to drop. The event witnessed enthusiastic community participation, underlining the collective value placed on nurturing and educating children. The Samoon Foundation’s outreach at Musadhung-1highlights the power of small yet impactful interventions in shaping children's educational journeys, instilling not just warmth, but confidence and motivation for a better future.
