Winter Aid & Educational Support Program at Anganwadi Center – Ghigud Village

On 2 February 2025, Samoon Foundation brought warmth, hope, and happiness to the remote village of Ghigud, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, by extending its winter aid initiative to the local Anganwadi Center. Under the leadership of Mr. Gajendra Singh Rana, the Foundation team arrived with warm clothes and a commitment to support children’s health, education, and overall well-being.
The children gathered with excitement as they received warm sweaters and pants. The program became more than just a distribution activity—it turned into a celebration of care, encouragement, and community support. Each piece of clothing represented not only protection from the cold but also a message of confidence, dignity, and hope.
Village Head Mr. Shivram appreciated the initiative and shared that the Foundation’s efforts had brought new hope to the village. He highlighted that such support strengthens children’s confidence and provides them with a greater sense of dignity as students.
Anganwadi Worker Mrs. Beena Devi emphasized the importance of timely winter support in protecting children’s health and ensuring that cold weather does not become a barrier to their learning. Anganwadi Assistant Mrs. Uma Devi and other community members also expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the Foundation’s thoughtful efforts.
During the program, Mr. Gajendra Singh Rana shared Samoon Foundation’s broader vision of reaching more villages across Patti Dogi and Patti Bharpur, continuing its mission of promoting education and development in rural communities.
As children received their new clothes and sweets with joyful smiles, the impact of the initiative was clearly visible. The effort was not only about providing protection from winter but also about creating opportunities, confidence, and hope among young learners.
Samoon Foundation continues to believe that when children feel safe, valued, and supported, they gain the confidence to grow into empowered individuals. घीगुड़ गांव आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में शीतकालीन सहायता एवं शैक्षिक सहयोग कार्यक्रम

दिनांक 2 फरवरी 2025 को समून फाउंडेशन ने उत्तराखंड के टिहरी गढ़वाल स्थित दूरस्थ गांव घीगुड़ में अपने शीतकालीन सहायता अभियान के अंतर्गत आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र के बच्चों को गर्म कपड़े वितरित किए। श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह राणा जी के नेतृत्व में पहुंची फाउंडेशन की टीम अपने साथ केवल कपड़े ही नहीं, बल्कि बच्चों के लिए उम्मीद, देखभाल और सहयोग का संदेश लेकर पहुंची।
आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में बच्चों ने उत्साह के साथ गर्म स्वेटर और पैंट प्राप्त किए। यह कार्यक्रम केवल वितरण तक सीमित नहीं रहा, बल्कि यह देखभाल, प्रोत्साहन और सामुदायिक सहयोग का उत्सव बन गया। प्रत्येक वस्त्र बच्चों को ठंड से सुरक्षा देने के साथ-साथ उनके आत्मविश्वास, सम्मान और उज्ज्वल भविष्य की आशा का प्रतीक बना।
ग्राम प्रधान श्री शिवराम जी ने इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि फाउंडेशन के इस प्रयास से गांव में नई उम्मीद का संचार हुआ है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस प्रकार का सहयोग बच्चों के आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाता है और उन्हें एक विद्यार्थी के रूप में सम्मान और प्रोत्साहन प्रदान करता है।
आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता श्रीमती बीना देवी जी ने बताया कि सर्दियों के समय इस प्रकार की सहायता बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा करने और उनकी शिक्षा की निरंतरता बनाए रखने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है। आंगनवाड़ी सहायिका श्रीमती उमा देवी जी और अन्य ग्रामीणों ने भी समून फाउंडेशन के इस मानवीय प्रयास के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान श्री गजेन्द्र सिंह राणा जी ने समून फाउंडेशन के व्यापक उद्देश्य के बारे में जानकारी दी और बताया कि संस्था पट्टी डोगी और पट्टी भरपूर क्षेत्र के अधिक से अधिक गांवों तक पहुंचकर शिक्षा और विकास के लिए निरंतर कार्य करती रहेगी।
जब बच्चों ने नए कपड़े और मिठाई खुशी-खुशी प्राप्त की, तो उनके चेहरों की मुस्कान इस पहल के वास्तविक प्रभाव को दर्शा रही थी। यह प्रयास केवल ठंड से बचाव का माध्यम नहीं था, बल्कि बच्चों के जीवन में अवसर, आत्मविश्वास और उम्मीद की गर्माहट पहुंचाने का प्रयास था।
