On October 8, 2024, the Samoon Foundation brought much- needed warmth to the
students of Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir in Khirsu, Pauri Garhwal, as part of its
ongoing school uniform distribution campaign. The event began with a traditional
lamp- lighting ceremony and floral tributes to Maa Sharda, setting a reverent and
hopeful tone for the day.
Distinguished guests, including Chief Guest Mr. A.V. Bahuguna Ji and Special Guest
Mr. Suresh Rawat Ji, joined school management committee members to witness the
distribution of sweaters. The initiative was praised for its timely execution and
thoughtful outreach. Principal Mr. A.P.U day Ji expressed heartfelt thanks to the
Samoon Foundation, emphasizing the organization's swift and compassionate
response— delivering aid following just a single phone call. He described the initiative
as "divine work" and off ered his best wishes to founder Mr. Vinod Jethuri Ji and the
entire Samoon family.
This event reaffirmed the Foundation’s dedication to creating a nurturing educational
environment by addressing the practical needs of students, ensuring they are
prepared not only for academic success but also for the seasonal challenges they
face.
