October 7 , 2024, the Samoon Foundation continued its mission to bridge
educational disparities by distributing warm sweaters to students at Government
Primary School, Simyari, in Raipur, Dehradun. This outreach initiative addressed both
physical comfort and emotional encouragement, ensuring that economically
disadvantaged children are better equipped to thrive in their learning environments.
Mr. Jai Prakash Chamoli, a committed member of the Samoon Foundation, led the
distribution eff orts on- site. Expressing sincere appreciation, Headmistress Mrs.
Chandra Joshi Ji acknowledged the collaborative spirit of the initiative and its
meaningful impact. Teachers Jaywanti Semwal and Mahadev Bhatt Ji noted the
importance of such interventions in supporting both the academic growth and
personal development of students. Community voices, including parents like Mr. Vinod
Joshi Ji, Mukesh Rawat Ji, and Sobhan Rawat Ji, echoed these sentiments, praising
the Foundation’s eff orts as a pivotal step toward their children’s holistic well- being.
The Samoon Foundation remains steadfast in its goal: to empower rural and
underprivileged children by not only promoting access to education but also by
