On July 20, 2024, the Samoon Foundation marked the ninth day of its ongoing uniform
distribution campaign by reaching inward— supporting students at its very own Samoon
Computer Training Institute (SCTI03) in Sauda, Tehri Garhwal. This event highlighted the
Foundation’s unique and comprehensive approach to educational and skill- based
empowerment.
Under the guidance of Director Vijendra Kumar, who personally distributed the uniforms,
each student at SCTI0 3 received a new school uniform. This initiative reflects the
Foundation’s belief that education and dignity go hand- in- hand, even within its own
training network.
The Samoon Foundation’s model at SCTI03 combines free education, vocational skill
training, and practical resources like uniforms to ensure students are not only learning
but also gaining the confidence and professionalism needed to thrive in real- world
environments. A uniform in this context serves not only as attire, but as a symbol of
equality, belonging, and aspiration.
Both students and parents expressed deep gratitude for this support, reinforcing the
Foundation’s impact at the grassroots level. As Director Vijendra Kumar aptly stated,
“Our objective is to help students realize their dreams by encouraging education and skill training.”
This philosophy encapsulates the Samoon Foundation’s mission— to transform lives
through consistent, inclusive, and integrated support systems.
