On 6th June 2021, the Samoon Foundation Rudraprayag Office provided masks and sanitizers to respected Samoon member Mr. Arvind Arya Ji for distribution in Gram Sabha Saur Bhatgaon, Post Babai, District Rudraprayag.

This initiative was aimed at ensuring that villagers received necessary safety supplies and encouraging preventive measures against COVID-19.

On 6th June 2021, COVID-19 relief material was sent to Gram Sabha Lolti, Post Tungeshwar, Tharali, Chamoli Garhwal.

The relief supplies were sent following the continuous request of local youth Mr. Gambhir Singh Rawat Ji. The transportation support for delivering the materials was provided by local taxi vehicle owner Mr. Devendra Ji.

On 5th June 2021, COVID-19 relief materials were sent to Bharik Village, Post Paithani, Thalisain, District Pauri Garhwal on the request of respected Area Panchayat Member Mrs. Prati Naudiyal Ji.

The supplies were transported with the generous support of Mr. Pankaj Rawat Ji, who provided free transportation assistance for this humanitarian initiative.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Samoon Foundation continued its humanitarian efforts by providing essential support to COVID-19 patients and their families.

On 3rd June 2021, the Samoon Foundation team continued delivering food to COVID-19 patients admitted at Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dehradun.

Many of these patients were facing severe financial difficulties and were unable to afford even necessary medicines. When they reached out to the Samoon team for support, the foundation stepped forward and helped arrange medicines for those in need as much as possible.

This noble work was made possible because of the generous contributions of compassionate donors who continuously supported Samoon Foundation’s mission of serving humanity.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Samoon Foundation continued to encourage safety practices and awareness in communities through innovative initiatives.

On 31st May 2021, an inspiring initiative took place in Gram Sabha Sarpani, District Chamoli, where Samoon Foundation volunteers distributed masks and sanitizers during a wedding ceremony.

The wedding procession had arrived from Gram Bheti to Sarpani village, and instead of traditional greetings only, the guests were welcomed with essential COVID-19 safety supplies. This unique initiative was carried out by local youth Mr. Dinesh Bhandari Ji with the support of Samoon Foundation.

The guests were pleasantly surprised and appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Everyone present at the wedding welcomed the idea, and the initiative received appreciation from both the bride’s and groom’s families as well as people from nearby villages.

Many attendees expressed their desire to adopt a similar practice in future social and wedding events in their own villages.

This initiative reflected that while people remain connected to their traditions and culture, they are also ready to adapt to changing times and embrace necessary safety measures. The efforts of the youth of Sarpani village delivered a meaningful message that awareness and responsibility can become part of our social traditions.

ग्राम भेटी से सरपाणी गांव आई बारात का स्वागत इस बार एक अलग अंदाज में किया गया। पारंपरिक फूल-मालाओं के साथ-साथ बारातियों को मास्क और सैनिटाइजर प्रदान किए गए, ताकि सभी लोग कोरोना संक्रमण से सुरक्षित रह सकें।

यह पहल स्थानीय युवा श्री दिनेश भंडारी जी द्वारा समूण फाउंडेशन के सहयोग से की गई। बारातियों को इस तरह के स्वागत की उम्मीद नहीं थी, लेकिन सभी ने इस प्रयास की सराहना की और खुशी के साथ इसे स्वीकार किया।

विवाह समारोह में उपस्थित लोगों ने ग्राम सरपाणी के युवाओं की इस सोच की प्रशंसा की। आसपास के कई गांवों के लोगों ने भी अपने वैवाहिक कार्यक्रमों में इस तरह की पहल को अपनाने की इच्छा व्यक्त की।

यह पहल संदेश देती है कि हम अपनी संस्कृति और परंपराओं से जुड़े रहते हुए भी समय के अनुसार बदलाव और नई शुरुआत को स्वीकार कर सकते हैं। ग्राम सरपाणी के युवाओं ने यह दिखाया कि जागरूकता और जिम्मेदारी हमारी सामाजिक परंपराओं का हिस्सा बन सकती है।

ग्राम सरपाणी में मास्क एवं सैनिटाइजर उपलब्ध करवाने और इस नेक पहल में सहयोग करने के लिए समूण फाउंडेशन सभी सहयोगकर्ताओं एवं स्वयंसेवकों का हृदय से आभार व्यक्त करता है।

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Samoon Foundation continued its efforts to ensure that essential safety equipment reached rural communities and people in need.

On 31st May 2021, the Samoon Foundation Rudraprayag Office provided masks, sanitizers, and oximeters to Mr. Arvind Chauhan Ji for distribution in Gram Sabha Jakholi, District Rudraprayag.

This initiative was undertaken to support villagers with necessary COVID-19 safety supplies and help strengthen preventive measures against the spread of infection.

कोरोना महामारी के दौरान समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक संक्रमण से बचाव हेतु आवश्यक सामग्री पहुंचाने का कार्य निरंतर जारी था।

दिनांक 31/05/2021 को समूण फाउंडेशन रुद्रप्रयाग कार्यालय द्वारा ग्राम सभा जखोली, जिला- रुद्रप्रयाग में वितरण हेतु श्री अरविंद चौहान जी को मास्क, सैनिटाइजर एवं ऑक्सीमीटर उपलब्ध करवाए गए।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य ग्रामीणों तक कोरोना से बचाव हेतु आवश्यक सुरक्षा सामग्री पहुंचाना और संक्रमण की रोकथाम के प्रयासों को मजबूत करना था।
