Samoon Foundation extended its winter relief initiative to the Anganwadi Center in Bunga, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, on 10 December 2024 by distributing warm sweaters to children aged 3 to 6 years. This initiative reflects the Foundation’s continued commitment towards nurturing the health, comfort, and early education of young learners in rural communities.
The program focused on ensuring that young children remain protected from the harsh winter season while continuing their early learning activities in a safe and comfortable environment. By fulfilling basic needs at an early stage, Samoon Foundation aims to support children’s overall growth and development.
Anganwadi worker Mrs. Anju Devi expressed her heartfelt gratitude towards Samoon Foundation and appreciated the organization’s continuous efforts for child welfare. She highlighted that providing sweaters during winter not only protects children’s health but also increases their confidence and motivates them to move forward towards their goals.
Parents warmly welcomed this initiative and acknowledged it as an important step towards creating a brighter future for children living in remote areas. Their appreciation reflected the significance of such community-focused efforts in strengthening early childhood care and education.
Samoon Foundation representative Mr. Raju Bhatt actively interacted with families during the program and shared information about the Foundation’s broader mission of promoting holistic development and equal access to education. He also reaffirmed the Foundation’s goal of distributing uniforms to 4,000 children across 50 schools by the end of December 2024.
By addressing immediate needs while working towards long-term educational goals, Samoon Foundation continues to build a stronger foundation for the next generation—one warm sweater and one meaningful effort at a time.

समून फाउंडेशन ने अपने शीतकालीन सहायता अभियान को आगे बढ़ाते हुए दिनांक 10 दिसंबर 2024 को उत्तराखंड के पौड़ी गढ़वाल स्थित बुंगा आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में 3 से 6 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के बच्चों को गर्म स्वेटर वितरित किए। यह पहल ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के छोटे बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य, सुविधा और प्रारंभिक शिक्षा को सशक्त बनाने के प्रति संस्था की निरंतर प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है।
इस अभियान का उद्देश्य छोटे बच्चों को सर्दियों के कठिन मौसम से सुरक्षा प्रदान करना और उन्हें एक सुरक्षित एवं आरामदायक वातावरण में अपनी प्रारंभिक शिक्षा जारी रखने में सहायता करना था। बच्चों की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं को पूरा कर समून फाउंडेशन उनके संपूर्ण विकास की दिशा में निरंतर कार्य कर रहा है।
आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता श्रीमती अंजू देवी जी ने समून फाउंडेशन के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए बच्चों के कल्याण के लिए संस्था द्वारा किए जा रहे निरंतर प्रयासों की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि सर्दियों में स्वेटर उपलब्ध कराना बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाने और उन्हें अपने लक्ष्यों की ओर आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित करने में सहायक है।
अभिभावकों ने भी इस पहल का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया और इसे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों के बच्चों के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया। उन्होंने संस्था के इस संवेदनशील प्रयास के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान समून फाउंडेशन के प्रतिनिधि श्री राजू भट्ट जी ने परिवारों से संवाद किया और संस्था के व्यापक उद्देश्य—बच्चों के समग्र विकास और शिक्षा तक समान पहुंच सुनिश्चित करने—के बारे में जानकारी साझा की। उन्होंने दिसंबर 2024 के अंत तक 50 विद्यालयों के 4,000 बच्चों तक यूनिफॉर्म पहुंचाने के फाउंडेशन के लक्ष्य को भी दोहराया।
तत्काल आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के साथ-साथ दीर्घकालिक शैक्षणिक उद्देश्यों की दिशा में कार्य करते हुए समून फाउंडेशन नई पीढ़ी के उज्ज्वल भविष्य की मजबूत नींव तैयार कर रहा है—एक गर्म स्वेटर और एक सार्थक प्रयास के माध्यम से।
