On August 5, 2024, the Samoon Foundation reached another key milestone in its
expansive uniform distribution campaign by visiting Government Primary School
Chilpad in Tehri Garhwal. Marking the sixteenth day of the initiative, the Foundation
continued its mission to equip students with essential school uniforms— nurturing a
collective identity and enhancing access to quality education.
The event was attended by Headmaster Mr. Arjun Rana, Assistant Teacher Mr.
Vijendra Singh, SCTI instructor Mr. Vijendra Kumar, and numerous parents, all of
whom expressed strong appreciation. Headmaster Rana extended gratitude for the
support and made a meaningful appeal: “ Along with this, we also request the Samoon
Foundation to provide sweaters for winter to protect the children from the cold.
”Assistant T eacher Singh echoed the positive outcomes, observing,
“By wearing thesame uniform, they will elevate their identity to new heights and are more enthusiastic about education.”
Instructor Vijendra Kumar reaffirmed the Foundation’s broader goal: “Our objective is
to shape the future of children through education. Such programs boost children's
morale and teach them a sense of unity.
” The request for winter clothing reflects both the trust the community places in the Foundation and the potential for continued collaboration to meet seasonal needs. This case further underscores the Samoon Foundation’s commitment to holistic educational support and social upliftment.
