Human desires are endless, and true satisfaction often feels difficult to achieve. Whatever we have, we usually wish for more, and after achieving something, new aspirations begin to emerge.
At the end of every month, we receive our income and immediately manage various responsibilities such as electricity bills, water bills, rent, credit card payments, groceries, and other expenses. But can we add one more important bill to our monthly responsibilities — the “Bill of Philanthropy”?
With this thought, members of Samoon Foundation decided to contribute a fixed amount every month towards humanity and social service. The value of this contribution is not measured only by money, but by the intention and spirit behind it.
Every small contribution has the power to create a positive impact. A person can begin this initiative even with a contribution of ₹10 per month. What matters is not the amount, but the feeling of kindness and responsibility with which it is offered.

It is also a matter of happiness to share that Ms. Mallika joined the Samoon office as a Manager from 16/06/2020. With this addition, the office responsibilities increased, resulting in an additional monthly expense of approximately ₹10,000–₹12,000.

मनुष्य की आवश्यकताएं कभी पूरी नहीं होतीं और संतुष्टि प्राप्त करना भी कई बार कठिन हो जाता है। हमारे पास जितना होता है, हम अक्सर उससे अधिक पाने की इच्छा रखने लगते हैं और जब वह प्राप्त हो जाता है तो नई इच्छाएं जन्म लेने लगती हैं।
हर महीने के अंत में जब हमें वेतन प्राप्त होती है तो उसके साथ कई जिम्मेदारियां भी जुड़ी होती हैं। बिजली का बिल, पानी का बिल, कमरे का किराया, क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल, किराने का सामान और अन्य आवश्यक खर्चों का भुगतान करना पड़ता है।
लेकिन क्या हम इन सभी बिलों के साथ एक और बिल नहीं जोड़ सकते — “परोपकारिता का बिल”?
इसी सोच के साथ समूण परिवार के कुछ सदस्यों ने हर महीने अपनी आय में से एक निश्चित राशि मानव सेवा और समाजहित के कार्यों के लिए देने का संकल्प लिया। इस सहयोग का महत्व केवल राशि में नहीं, बल्कि उस भावना में है जिसके साथ यह योगदान दिया जाता है।
परोपकार के लिए शुरुआत किसी भी छोटी राशि से की जा सकती है। ₹10 प्रतिमाह से भी कोई व्यक्ति इस पहल से जुड़ सकता है। मायने यह नहीं रखता कि आप कितना दे रहे हैं, बल्कि यह मायने रखता है कि आप किस भावना से दे रहे हैं।

साथ ही यह बताते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है कि दिनांक 16/06/2020 से मल्लिका जी ने समूण कार्यालय में प्रबंधक के पद पर कार्यभार संभाल लिया है। इससे कार्यालय की कार्यक्षमता में वृद्धि हुई है, हालांकि कार्यालय पर लगभग ₹10,000 से ₹12,000 प्रतिमाह का अतिरिक्त आर्थिक भार भी बढ़ा है।
