The Samoon Foundation has successfully completed its massive, 10-month-long uniform distribution campaign, reaching over 103 government schools, private schools, and targeted welfare centers across 9 districts of Uttarakhand. Within this period, the foundation distributed brand-new winter and summer apparel to 10,000 distinct beneficiaries, including 9,000 school children and 1,000 adult members of highly underprivileged families.
The final stretch of this historic campaign successfully reached key milestones including GGIC Baurari (101), Samoon Adarsh Vidhyalaya, Osla (102), and Underprivileged Children at Rishikesh (103), perfectly bringing the documented phase of the project to its grand conclusion.
The core intent behind this extensive initiative was to bridge educational inequality by providing proper attire to children from financially vulnerable backgrounds. By doing so, the drive has actively boosted classroom equity, enhanced student self-confidence, instilled discipline, and encouraged regular school attendance. Furthermore, by providing essential clothing items to impoverished families, the campaign aimed to protect their self-esteem and human dignity.
Over the course of these ten months, Samoon's dedicated field teams traveled across isolated mountain terrains and remote villages, interacting closely with students, teachers, and village elders. Through this extensive grassroots public-contact drive, a large volume of requests was received, which were strictly vetted to identify and prioritize the most destitute cases. Beyond just handing out clothing, the team conducted interactive mentorship and career guidance sessions for the students, raising awareness about success strategies, personal hygiene, community sanitation, and core moral values.
The primary geographical focus remained on remote, resource-deficient rural pockets of Uttarakhand, supplemented by selected low-income urban families. The 10,000 high-quality clothing items distributed included tailored school tracksuits, warm sweaters, shirts, trousers, t-shirts, formal blazers, and winter jackets—reflecting the Samoon Foundation's absolute commitment to social welfare and educational empowerment. For the past 14 years, the foundation has been working relentlessly to empower meritorious students and vulnerable households in Uttarakhand, and this massive drive marks a glorious new chapter in that ongoing journey.
The accompanying list details the names of the 103 beneficiary institutions and support locations. Note: An additional 15+ schools were also supported under this project but could not be added to the official list due to a lack of detailed field reports.

समूण फाउंडेशन ने अपने वृहद यूनिफॉर्म वितरण कार्यक्रम को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कर लिया है, जिसके तहत उत्तराखंड के 9 जिलों में 103 से अधिक सरकारी स्कूलों, निजी स्कूलों और लक्षित कल्याण केंद्रों तक इस कल्याणकारी पहल को पहुँचाया गया। जून 2024 से मार्च 2025 तक चले इस 10 महीनों के सघन अभियान के दौरान, संस्था ने कुल 10,000 लाभार्थियों को पूर्णतः निःशुल्क नए कपड़े प्रदान किए। इस कुल संख्या में ग्रामीण अंचलों के 9,000 छात्र-छात्राएं और समाज के अत्यंत जरूरतमंद परिवारों के 1,000 वयस्क सदस्य सम्मिलित हैं।
इस ऐतिहासिक अभियान के अंतिम पड़ावों में संस्था ने जीजीआईसी बौराड़ी (101), समूण आदर्श विद्यालय - ओसला (102), और ऋषिकेश के वंचित वर्ग के बच्चों (103) तक सफलतापूर्वक सहायता पहुँचाकर इस चरण को अपने गौरवपूर्ण शिखर तक पहुँचाया।
इस दूरदर्शी पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और वंचित पृष्ठभूमि के बच्चों को गरिमापूर्ण स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म उपलब्ध कराकर उनकी शिक्षा में समानता, आत्म-सम्मान, अनुशासन और स्कूलों में उनकी निरंतर उपस्थिति को बढ़ावा देना था। इसके साथ ही, इस योजना का एक अन्य मानवीय उद्देश्य गरीब और बेसहारा परिवारों की सीधी सहायता करना भी था, ताकि उन्हें मौसम के अनुकूल आवश्यक कपड़े उपलब्ध कराकर उनके आत्म-सम्मान और सामाजिक गरिमा को सुरक्षित रखा जा सके।
इन 10 महीनों के भीतर समूण फाउंडेशन की समर्पित जमीनी टीम ने उत्तराखंड के अत्यंत सुदूरवर्ती पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों और दुर्गम गांवों का व्यापक भ्रमण किया। इस दौरान टीम ने विद्यार्थियों, शिक्षकों और स्थानीय ग्रामीणों से सीधा संवाद स्थापित किया। इस सघन जन-संपर्क अभियान के माध्यम से संस्था को बड़ी संख्या में आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से गहन पात्रता जांच के बाद सबसे अधिक जरूरतमंद परिवारों को चिह्नित कर इस वितरण को पूरी पारदर्शिता और प्रभावशीलता के साथ संपन्न किया गया। इस अभियान के तहत केवल यूनिफॉर्म का वितरण ही नहीं किया गया, बल्कि विद्यार्थियों से आत्मीय संवाद कर उन्हें भविष्य के लिए करियर गाइडेंस दी गई, सफलता के सूत्र सिखाए गए, और व्यक्तिगत व सामुदायिक स्वच्छता के साथ-साथ नैतिक मूल्यों के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक भी किया गया।
इस पूरे अभियान का मुख्य केंद्र बिंदु उत्तराखंड के वे सीमांत ग्रामीण क्षेत्र थे, जहां मूलभूत संसाधनों की भारी कमी पाई जाती है। इसके साथ ही कुछ शहरी क्षेत्रों के चयनित निर्धन परिवारों के बच्चों तक भी यह सहायता पहुँचाई गई। वितरित की गई इन 10,000 पोशाकों में स्कूलों के लिए विशेष ट्रैक सूट, गर्म स्वेटर, शर्ट-पैंट, टी-शर्ट, ब्लेजर और जैकेट जैसे सभी बिल्कुल नए और उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले वस्त्र शामिल थे, जो समाज कल्याण और शैक्षिक सशक्तिकरण के प्रति समूण फाउंडेशन की समरसता और अटूट प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाते हैं। समूण फाउंडेशन पिछले 14 वर्षों से उत्तराखंड के प्रतिभावान व निर्धन विद्यार्थियों को उच्च शिक्षा हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने तथा गरीब परिवारों को आत्मनिर्भर व सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में निरंतर काम कर रहा है, और यह यूनिफॉर्म वितरण अभियान इसी वृहद संकल्प का एक हिस्सा है।
इस रिपोर्ट के साथ संलग्न सूची में उन 103 विद्यालयों और वितरण केंद्रों के नाम सम्मिलित हैं जिन्हें इस योजना के तहत सीधे लाभान्वित किया गया है। प्रशासनिक कारणों और धरातल से प्रॉपर फील्ड रिपोर्ट प्राप्त न हो पाने के कारण, लाभान्वित किए गए 15 से अधिक अन्य विद्यालयों के नाम इस सूची में शामिल नहीं किए जा सके हैं। समूण फाउंडेशन उत्तराखंड के नौनिहालों और संपूर्ण जनमानस के उज्ज्वल और सुरक्षित भविष्य के लिए अपने प्रयासों को निरंतर जारी रखने के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिज्ञाबद्ध है।
