"Samoon Foundation Supports Orphan Siblings' Education in Tehri Garhwal".
The Samoon Foundation has undertaken the educational responsibility of orphaned siblings,
Arush and Keshav, whose parents are no longer with them. The Foundation has facilitated the
payment of the entire annual tuition fee of Rs. 23,560/- for both siblings at Samskar Srijan
Vidyalaya in Rishikesh Dwarahal, issuing a check directly to the school. On Friday, June 24,
2022, the Samoon Foundation completed the payment for the academic session 2022-2023 on
behalf of Arush and Keshav, residents of Gram Panchayat Borgaon, Patti Dogi, Tehri Garhwal.
Under the care of Bhim Singh Devan, a tailor facing financial difficulties himself, the siblings
have found a guardian after losing their parents. Recognizing the financial challenges faced by
the caretaker in providing education and meeting additional expenses, the Samoon Foundation
has committed to supporting their education. In the previous academic session 2021-2022, the
Foundation had already paid the annual fee of Rs. 11,000/- to the school. Present on the day of
payment, June 24, 2022, were Smt. Sunitha Devi, the school's Principal, along with the manager,
Himanshu Panwar, and the siblings Arush and Keshav. Also in attendance were Bhim Singh
Devan, his wife Sanju Devi, and Kamal Joshi, the office coordinator of the Samoon Foundation.
The Principal expressed gratitude for the Foundation's remarkable commitment to education and
hoped for continued support for these children. Over the past six years, the Samoon Foundation
has actively contributed to education, granting annual scholarships totalling 3 lakhs rupees to 100
children each year. Additionally, they operate a district-level computer centre in Akhodi, Tehri
district, and a rural ideal school in Suman, Rudraprayag district, greatly benefiting rural children.

दिनांक 24/06/2022 समूण फॉउंडेशन ऋषिकेश द्वारा ढालवाला स्थित संस्कार सृजन विद्यालय में कक्षा पांच व कक्षा तीन में अध्यनरत अनाथ भाई-बहिन आरुषि दवाण व केशव दवाण का सम्पूर्ण वार्षिक शैक्षणिक शुल्क तेईस हजार पांच सौ साठ रूपये (23,560/-) का भुगतान विद्यालय को चेक के माध्यम से किया गया था ।
आरुषि व केशव मूल रूप से ग्राम पंचायत बोरगांव, पट्टी दोगी, टिहरी गढ़वाल के निवासी हैं जिनके माता पिता का देहांत बहुत पहले हो चूका था व ढालवाला निवासी इनके ताऊ भीम सिंह दवाण द्वारा इन बच्चों का लालन-पालन किया जा रहा था। भीम सिंह जी की भी आर्थिक स्तिथि बहुत अच्छी नहीं थी वह पेशे से एक टेलर हैं जो की बमुश्किल अपने स्वयं के तीन बच्चों का लालन-पालन व शिक्षण कर पा रहे थे ऐसे में आरुषि व केशव की शिक्षा का अतिरिक्त खर्च वहन करना उनके लिए बहुत मुश्किल हो रहा था ऐसे में समूण फॉउंडेशन ने आगे आकर इन बच्चों की शिक्षा की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं पर लेकर पिछले शैक्षिण सत्र 2021-2022 में विद्यालय को इनकी वार्षिक फीस हेतु रु० ग्यारह हजार (11000/- ) का किया भुगतान गया व दिनांक 24.06.2022 को वर्तमान शैक्षाणिक सत्र 2022-2023 की सम्पूर्ण वार्षिक फीस 23560/- का चेक विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमती सुनीता देवी के साथ प्रबंधक हिमांशु पंवार को आरुषि व केशव के ताऊ भीम सिंह दवाण व ताई संजू देवी की मौजूदगी में सुपुर्द किया गया । समूण फॉउंडेशन की ओर से कार्यालय संचालिका संतोषी बलोनी व सदस्य कमल जोशी मौजूद रहे ।
प्रधानाचार्य ने कहा की समूण फॉउंडेशन शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बहुत अच्छा कार्य कर रही है व उम्मीद जताई कि आगे भी इन बच्चों के लिए समूण फॉउंडेशन सहयोग करती रहेगी।
समूण फॉउंडेशन पिछले 6 वर्षों से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बहुत अधिक कार्य कर रही थी जिसमे प्रतिवर्ष 100 बच्चों हेतु कुल 3 लाख रूपये की वार्षिक छात्रवृत्ति वितरण व् ग्राम अखोडी जिला टिहरी एवं ग्राम सुमाड़ी जिला रुद्रप्रयाग में दो वृहद कम्प्यूटर सेंटर सहित जिला उत्तरकाशी के सुदूर गाँव ओसला में समूण आदर्श विद्यालय के नाम से विद्यालय संचालित कर रहा है, जिनसे कई ग्रामीण बच्चे लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं।
