Amita Ji from Triyuginarayan lost her mother several years ago. Her elder brother and only sibling, Bhuvnesh Ji, also passed away in 2018 due to kidney-related complications. Before his demise, his wife Priyanka Ji had donated one of her kidneys to save his life. However, she has now become physically weak herself.

जहां कुछ लोग अपने निजी स्वार्थों के लिए गरीबों का शोषण करते हैं, वहीं कुछ लोग दूसरों के जीवन में खुशियां लाकर स्वयं भी खुशी महसूस करते हैं। इसी भावना के साथ समूण परिवार के समाजसेवियों ने समाज के अंतिम पायदान पर खड़े जरूरतमंद परिवारों के बच्चों के साथ दिवाली मनाने का निर्णय लिया।

Suraj Singh Ji, a resident of Taila village, Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, is going through a very difficult phase of life. A small injury on his toe, which could not receive timely treatment, gradually developed into a serious health condition.

At this stage of life, when he needed family support the most, his only son, who was his support in old age, passed away unexpectedly some time ago. He has two daughters, but both are married and living in their own families. Today, this elderly couple has no one to depend upon and is forced to live a very painful and challenging life.

The family approached Samoon Foundation for support with ration supplies. Along with fulfilling their basic needs, Samoon Foundation is also making every possible effort to help them receive proper medical treatment.

सूरत सिंह जी गांव तैला, रुद्रप्रयाग के निवासी हैं। पांव की अंगुली में हुए एक छोटे से जख्म का समय पर इलाज न होने के कारण वह गंभीर बीमारी का रूप ले चुका है।

बुढ़ापे के समय सहारे के रूप में उनका एक ही बेटा था, जिसकी कुछ समय पहले आकस्मिक मृत्यु हो चुकी है। उनकी दो बेटियां हैं और दोनों का विवाह हो चुका है। वर्तमान समय में इस बुजुर्ग दंपती का कोई सहारा नहीं है और वह अत्यंत कष्टदायक परिस्थितियों में जीवन व्यतीत करने को मजबूर हैं।

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, computer training classes for children have not been started yet. However, very soon, free computer training will be provided to children from economically weaker families at this centre.

नंदकिशोर राणा जी के माध्यम से समूण कार्यालय एवं कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, सुमाड़ी, रुद्रप्रयाग के लिए दान स्वरूप प्राप्त हुए इनवर्टर और प्रिंटर आज दिल्ली से रुद्रप्रयाग कार्यालय में अजय पंत जी के माध्यम से पहुंच चुके हैं।

कोरोना महामारी के कारण अभी तक बच्चों के लिए कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण की कक्षाएं प्रारंभ नहीं हो पाई हैं, लेकिन बहुत जल्द ही इस केंद्र पर निर्धन एवं जरूरतमंद परिवारों के बच्चों को निशुल्क कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।

Samoon Foundation’s appeal for financial support for Sumeru Lal Ji. (सुमेरु लाल जी आर्थिक मदद के लिए समूण फ़ाउंडेशन की गुहार )

Emergency Medical Support Appeal for Sumeru Lal Ji

Location: Chakroda Village, Patti Nailchami, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand

Sumeru Lal Ji, a resident of Chakroda village, Patti Nailchami, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand, belongs to a very poor family. He earns his livelihood by doing daily wage labour in his village and supports his family through his hard work.

Three days ago, Sumeru Lal Ji suddenly developed severe swelling in his body and since then he has been unable to get up from his bed. Due to his weak financial condition, his family did not have enough money even to travel from Ghansali, Tehri Garhwal, to Rishikesh for medical consultation and treatment.

The family contacted Samoon Foundation through respected Samoon family member Kirti Lal Ji for help. After receiving the information, the Samoon team immediately contacted the family and, considering the seriousness of his condition, advised them to reach Rishikesh as soon as possible so that timely treatment could be provided.

An amount of ₹5,000/- was arranged towards vehicle fare, and the family was assured that the travel expenses would be supported upon reaching Rishikesh.

Sumeru Lal Ji left his home on the morning of 05/11/2020, but unfortunately, during the journey, the vehicle’s tyre got punctured and his health condition further deteriorated. Due to this, the family had to stop in Mussoorie for the day. The next morning, after reaching Rishikesh, Samoon Foundation will provide all possible support for his further treatment.

Sumeru Lal Ji does not have a health card, and financial assistance will be required for his initial treatment. Therefore, we request all kind-hearted and capable individuals to come forward and extend their support for Sumeru Lal Ji’s treatment.

सुमेरु लाल जी के उपचार हेतु आपातकालीन सहायता की अपील

गाँव चकरोडा, पट्टी नैलचामी, टिहरी गढ़वाल, उत्तराखंड निवासी सुमेरु लाल जी एक अत्यंत निर्धन परिवार से हैं। वह गाँव में ही दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करके अपने परिवार का भरण-पोषण करते हैं।

तीन दिन पूर्व अचानक उनके शरीर में सूजन आ गई, जिसके बाद वह बिस्तर से उठने में भी असमर्थ हो गए। आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत कमजोर होने के कारण परिवार के पास इतने पैसे भी उपलब्ध नहीं थे कि वह उन्हें डॉक्टर को दिखाने के लिए घनसाली, टिहरी गढ़वाल से ऋषिकेश तक का किराया वहन कर सकें।

परिवार ने सहायता के लिए समूण परिवार के सम्मानित सदस्य कीर्ति लाल जी के माध्यम से समूण फाउंडेशन से संपर्क किया। समूण टीम ने तुरंत परिवार से संपर्क किया और स्थिति की गंभीरता को देखते हुए उन्हें समय पर इलाज के लिए तत्काल ऋषिकेश आने की सलाह दी।

वाहन किराए के भुगतान हेतु ₹5,000/- की व्यवस्था की गई और ऋषिकेश पहुँचने पर वाहन किराए का भुगतान करने का आश्वासन दिया गया।

सुमेरु लाल जी आज सुबह दिनांक 05/11/2020 को अपने घर से ऋषिकेश के लिए निकल गए थे, लेकिन रास्ते में गाड़ी का टायर पंचर होने के साथ ही उनकी तबीयत और अधिक बिगड़ गई, जिसके कारण परिवार को आज मसूरी में ही रुकना पड़ा। कल सुबह ऋषिकेश पहुँचने के बाद समूण फाउंडेशन उनके आगे के इलाज के लिए हर संभव सहायता हेतु तत्पर रहेगा।

सुमेरु लाल जी के पास स्वास्थ्य कार्ड उपलब्ध नहीं है और प्रारंभिक उपचार के लिए आर्थिक सहायता की आवश्यकता होगी। अतः सभी सक्षम एवं सहयोगी लोगों से निवेदन है कि सुमेरु लाल जी के उपचार के लिए अपनी सामर्थ्य अनुसार सहयोग का हाथ बढ़ाएँ।

Samoon Foundation successfully completed the renovation work of Rajni Devi Ji’s house. We may not have been able to build a very grand home, but we are grateful that this small shelter will now provide her and her children protection during the rainy season.

Earlier, during heavy rains, Rajni Devi Ji had to seek shelter in other people’s houses along with her children. With the completion of this renovation work, she will now be able to live safely in her own home without depending on others.

A small effort towards humanity can bring a big change in someone’s life. Samoon Foundation continues its commitment to serving society and supporting those in need.

रजनी देवी जी के घर के जीर्णोद्धार कार्य का पूर्ण होना

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा रजनी देवी जी के घर के जीर्णोद्धार का कार्य सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण किया गया।

हम बहुत बड़ा या शानदार घर तो नहीं बना पाए, लेकिन हमें खुशी है कि अब इस छोटी सी कुटिया में रजनी देवी जी को बरसात के समय अपने बच्चों के साथ दूसरों के घरों में शरण नहीं लेनी पड़ेगी।

पहले बारिश के दिनों में उन्हें अपने बच्चों को लेकर दूसरों के घरों में आश्रय लेना पड़ता था। अब अपने घर के सुरक्षित हो जाने से वह अपने परिवार के साथ सम्मानपूर्वक और सुरक्षित जीवन व्यतीत कर पाएंगी।

मानवता की सेवा में किया गया छोटा सा प्रयास भी किसी के जीवन में बड़ा परिवर्तन ला सकता है। समूण फाउंडेशन जरूरतमंदों की सहायता एवं समाज सेवा के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
