During the COVID-19 pandemic, many migrants from different states were returning to their native villages in Uttarakhand. Samoon Foundation’s Rishikesh team continuously worked to provide support to these travelers by arranging refreshments, fruits, drinking water, and meals at different locations around Rishikesh.
As part of this ongoing service initiative, on 21 May, 2020, the team provided refreshments and drinking water bottles to 36 migrant brothers who were returning to their villages.
Additionally, on the request of Shri Shanti Prasad Ji from Muni Ki Reti Police Station, Samoon Foundation provided 400 leaf plates (pattal) to support food distribution arrangements.

COVID-19 महामारी के दौरान विभिन्न राज्यों से बड़ी संख्या में उत्तराखंड के प्रवासी अपने गांवों की ओर लौट रहे थे। ऐसे समय में समूण फाउंडेशन की ऋषिकेश टीम द्वारा लगातार इन प्रवासी भाइयों की सहायता हेतु ऋषिकेश एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में जलपान, फल, पानी एवं भोजन की व्यवस्था की जा रही थी।
इसी क्रम में दिनांक 21 मई 2020 को समूण फाउंडेशन की टीम द्वारा 36 प्रवासी भाइयों को जलपान करवाया गया तथा पानी की बोतलें उपलब्ध करवाई गईं।
इसके अतिरिक्त मुनी की रेती कोतवाली के श्री शांति प्रसाद जी के निवेदन पर भोजन वितरण व्यवस्था हेतु 400 पत्तल भी उपलब्ध करवाए गए।
समूण फाउंडेशन कठिन परिस्थितियों में जरूरतमंद लोगों की सहायता और मानवता की सेवा के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
