The villagers of *Osala village* in Uttarkashi's border area say that "The situation before independence and today is the same because we have still not been able to live a life like humans. We are still deprived of the basic facilities that are to be provided as per the Indian Constitution, such as roads, electricity, education and health facilities etc."

From *April 2021*, *Samoon Foundation* is going to open a school in this village.

उत्तरकाशी के सीमावर्ती गांव *ओसला गांव* के ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि आजादी से पहले जो हाल थे आज भी वैसे ही हैं क्योंकि न तो हम आज तक आदमी जैसे जीवन जीने से वंचित हुए हैं और न ही भारतीय संविधान के अनुरूप मिलने वाले बुनियादी सुविधाओं जैसे सड़क, बिजली, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं आदि से वंचित हैं।

*अप्रैल 2021* से *सम्पूर्ण फाउंडेशन* इस गांव में एक स्कूल खोलने जा रही है।
