When we get 2-3 days of holidays in a month, we spend this precious time with our family and children, because this is the time we work hard for and stay away from family. But among us there are some such personalities who are devoted to social service, who feel immense satisfaction in dedicating this precious time for the welfare of others. Because we believe that the happiness we get by seeing smiles on the faces of the needy is the biggest happiness for them.
One such great personality in our *Samoon Pariwar* is *Shri Vijay Mohan Painuli Ji*, who works far away in Chamoli. And whenever he comes to Dehradun with his family, he oversees all the work of Samoon. In the last holidays, after the school opened in Osala village, he went around various departments in Dehradun. In between, he also visited the Kapil Silai Kendra and before that arranged material for Divyang Lakshman's shop. Work related to Rudraprayag and Delhi Computer Training Center is also done through painstaking efforts. Along with this, he always takes the initiative to donate a large amount to Samoon Foundation himself and to get others to donate. Two days ago, through Painuli Ji, a donation of *₹11,000* was received.
Through Samoon Foundation, a shop was opened for Divyang Lakshman. But Lakshman Ji had another wish that if he could get an electronic scale, it would be easier for him to weigh goods. With the courtesy of respected member *Chand Mohan Kotiyal Ji* and the efforts of *Shri Vijay Mohan Painuli Ji*, a scale has been bought for Divyang Lakshman Ji today, which will be sent to Lakshman Ji's shop in Chamoli very soon.
Giving a scale is a small help, but the aim of Samoon Pariwar is always to make someone capable of self-employment for life. That is why we decided to open a shop for Divyang Lakshman Ji.

महीने में जब भी 2-3 दिन की छुट्टियां पड़ती हैं तो हम यह अमूल्य समय अपने परिवार एवं बच्चों के साथ बिताते हैं, क्योंकि यही वह समय होता है जिसके लिए हम इतनी मेहनत करते हैं और परिवार से दूर रहते हैं। लेकिन हमारे बीच में कुछ ऐसे भी मानवता प्रेमी और समाज सेवा को समर्पित व्यक्तित्व होते हैं जो इस कीमती समय को दूसरों के हितार्थ लगाने में सुखद अनुभूति महसूस करते हैं। क्योंकि उनका मानना है कि दूसरे जरूरतमंदों के मुरझाए हुए चेहरों पर खुशी देखकर जो संतुष्टि मिलती है वही उनको सबसे बड़ी खुशी होती है।
ऐसे ही महान व्यक्तित्व के धनी हमारे सम्पून परिवार में श्री विजय मोहन पैन्यूली जी हैं जो चमोली के दूरस्थ जगह पर नौकरी करते हैं और जब भी देहरादून परिवार के पास आते हैं सम्पून के जितने भी सभी कार्यों की निगरानी करते हैं। पिछली छुट्टियों में ओसाला गांव में खुलने वाले स्कूल के सम्बन्ध में देहरादून में विभिन्न विभागों के चक्कर, उससे पहले छुट्टियों में कपोली सिलाई केंद्र और उससे पहले दिव्यांग लक्ष्मण की दुकान के लिए सामान भिजवाना, रुद्रप्रयाग एवं दिल्ली कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण केंद्र से सम्बंधित समस्त काम निपटाना आदि पैनीली जी द्वारा किये जाते हैं और इसके साथ ही सम्पून फाउंडेशन में बड़ी मात्रा में स्वयं भी दान करना और दूसरों को भी दान देने हेतु प्रेरित करना श्रीमान पैन्यूली जी प्रयास करते रहते हैं। 2 दिन पूर्व ही पैन्यूली जी के माध्यम से *11000 हजार रुपयों का दान* प्राप्त हुआ।
दिव्यांग लक्ष्मण के लिए सम्पून फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से दुकान तो खुल गयी थी लेकिन लक्ष्मण जी की इच्छा जताई थी कि उनके लिए एक इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स तराजू मिल जाए तो उन्हें सामान तोलने में आसानी होती। सम्मानित सदस्य *चंद मोहन कोटियाल जी* के सौजन्य से और श्री विजय मोहन पैन्यूली जी के प्रयासों से आज दिव्यांग लक्ष्मण जी के लिए तराजू खरीद दिया है जो बहुत जल्द चमोली में लक्ष्मण जी की दुकान तक भेजा जाएगा।
एक बार दान देने की बजाय हम किसी को जीवन भर के लिए स्वरोजगार खोलकर सक्षम बनाएं यह हमेशा ही सम्पून परिवार का प्रयास रहता है। इसलिए हमने दिव्यांग लक्ष्मण जी के लिए दुकान खोलने का निर्णय लिया।
