Samoon Foundation took an important step towards supporting justice and standing with a victim’s family in a sensitive case reported in the Raiwala area of Uttarakhand. The initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to building a safe, compassionate, and just society.

In a recent incident reported from Haripur (Raiwala थाना क्षेत्र), a minor girl from an economically weak family was subjected to serious misconduct by her landlord. The accused has been arrested by the police; however, the legal process for justice is long and challenging. For a family dependent on daily wages, continuing this legal battle becomes extremely difficult.

Considering the gravity of the situation and upon the request of social worker Dr. Rajey Negi, Samoon Foundation decided to extend full support to the victim’s family in their fight for justice.

On 9 August 2020, the foundation provided financial assistance of ₹10,000 to the victim’s father to help cover court-related expenses, ensuring that the family does not feel alone or pressured to withdraw the case midway.

Samoon Foundation believes in promoting a fear-free and crime-free society. With the vision of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, the organization stands firmly with victims and is committed to ensuring that justice prevails.

Through the support and contributions of donors, the foundation continues to stand against social evils and support those in need. Helping the helpless and ensuring justice for the oppressed remains one of the core objectives of Samoon Foundation.

This effort also sends a strong message that while such crimes exist, there are also organizations and individuals who stand united to fight against injustice and protect the dignity of society.

समूण फाउंडेशन ने उत्तराखंड के रायवाला क्षेत्र में सामने आए एक संवेदनशील मामले में पीड़ित परिवार के साथ खड़े होकर न्याय दिलाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाया। यह पहल संस्था की एक सुरक्षित, संवेदनशील और न्यायपूर्ण समाज के निर्माण के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाती है।

हरिपुर (रायवाला थाना क्षेत्र) में हाल ही में एक आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवार की नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ गंभीर दुराचार का मामला सामने आया। पुलिस द्वारा आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है, लेकिन न्याय की यह कानूनी प्रक्रिया लंबी और चुनौतीपूर्ण होती है। दिहाड़ी मजदूरी करने वाले इस परिवार के लिए इस लड़ाई को जारी रखना अत्यंत कठिन है।

प्रसिद्ध समाजसेवी Dr. Rajey Negi के आग्रह पर समूण फाउंडेशन ने इस पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय दिलाने की लड़ाई में हर संभव सहयोग देने का निर्णय लिया।

दिनांक 9 अगस्त 2020 को समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा पीड़िता के पिता को न्यायालय संबंधी कार्यों हेतु ₹10,000/- की सहायता राशि प्रदान की गई, ताकि परिवार इस लड़ाई में स्वयं को अकेला महसूस न करे और किसी दबाव में आकर बीच में केस वापस न ले।

समूण फाउंडेशन सद्भावना, भयमुक्त समाज और अपराधमुक्त प्रदेश के निर्माण के लिए कार्यरत है। “वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम” की भावना के साथ संस्था हमेशा जरूरतमंदों के साथ खड़ी रहती है और न्याय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

आप सभी दानदाताओं के सहयोग से संस्था समाज की हर बुराई के खिलाफ खड़ी है। असहाय की सहायता करना और पीड़ित को न्याय दिलाना संस्था के प्रमुख उद्देश्यों में से एक है।

यह प्रयास यह भी संदेश देता है कि जहां समाज में अपराधी प्रवृत्ति मौजूद है, वहीं दूसरी ओर ऐसे संगठन भी हैं जो अन्याय के खिलाफ मजबूती से खड़े हैं और समाज की गरिमा की रक्षा करते हैं।
