Natural disasters often create difficult circumstances for families living in remote hilly regions. Samoon Foundation continues its efforts to support people affected by such emergencies and provide essential assistance during challenging times.

On 23rd October 2021, Samoon Foundation provided relief support to 18 disaster-affected families of Gram Sabha Paingadh, Chamoli.

Due to heavy rainfall and the resulting disaster, these families were forced to live in tents, while their livestock had to be kept under the open sky. After receiving information through Twitter from Mr. Prakash Devradi Ji and a request letter from Mr. Ashok Ji, a resident of the affected village, Samoon Foundation took immediate action.

The foundation provided:

• Ration supplies for 18 affected families

• Tarpaulins for protecting their livestock

The relief material was delivered to the village and distributed among the families in need.

पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के कारण कई परिवारों को कठिन परिस्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। ऐसे समय में समूण फाउंडेशन जरूरतमंद एवं प्रभावित परिवारों तक सहायता पहुंचाने के लिए निरंतर प्रयासरत रहता है।

दिनांक 23/10/2021 को समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा चमोली जिले के ग्राम सभा पैनगढ़ में आपदा प्रभावित 18 परिवारों तक राहत सामग्री पहुंचाई गई।

भारी बारिश के कारण आई आपदा से ग्राम पैनगढ़ के 18 परिवार प्रभावित हुए थे। कई परिवार टेंटों में रहने को मजबूर थे और उनके मवेशियों को भी खुले आसमान के नीचे रखना पड़ रहा था।

ट्विटर के माध्यम से श्री प्रकाश देवराड़ी जी द्वारा प्राप्त जानकारी एवं ग्राम निवासी अशोक जी के प्रार्थना पत्र पर कार्यवाही करते हुए समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा तत्काल सहायता उपलब्ध कराई गई।

प्रभावित परिवारों को:

• राशन सामग्री

• मवेशियों की सुरक्षा हेतु तिरपाल

प्रदान किए गए।
