Ration Support Initiative for Needy Family / निर्धन परिवार सहायता अभियान

Walking nearly 12 kilometres, the Samoon Foundation team reached a remote village Koti, Jakholi Tehsil, Rudraprayag to provide support to an extremely poor family of Smt. Ruponti Devi Ji.
The information about this needy family was received by Samoon Foundation on 14/10/2020, and immediately the next day, on 15/10/2020, the team arranged and delivered two months’ ration support to the family.
Smt. Ruponti Devi Ji’s husband passed away 16 years ago, and she is living through extremely difficult circumstances. Both the mother and son in the family have difficulties with speech and understanding, making their situation even more challenging.
Samoon Foundation assures that if this family requires food supplies or any other possible assistance in the future, every effort will be made through the Rudraprayag office of Samoon Foundation to support them.

स्थान: ग्राम कोटि, तहसील जखोली, जिला रुद्रप्रयाग, उत्तराखंड
लगभग 12 किलोमीटर पैदल चलकर समूण फाउंडेशन की टीम रुद्रप्रयाग जिले के दूरस्थ गांव कोटि, तहसील जखोली में एक अत्यंत निर्धन परिवार श्रीमती रूपोंती देवी जी के घर पहुंची।
इस जरूरतमंद परिवार की जानकारी समूण फाउंडेशन को दिनांक 14/10/2020 को प्राप्त हुई थी और अगले ही दिन 15/10/2020 को तत्काल परिवार तक अगले 2 महीने का राशन पहुंचाया गया।
श्रीमती रूपोंती देवी जी के पति का निधन 16 वर्ष पहले हो चुका है। परिवार की स्थिति अत्यंत कठिन है। मां और बेटा दोनों ही बोलने एवं समझने में कमजोर हैं, जिसके कारण उनके जीवन में कई परेशानियां हैं।
समूण फाउंडेशन परिवार को आश्वस्त करता है कि भविष्य में भी यदि इस परिवार को खाद्य सामग्री या किसी अन्य सहायता की आवश्यकता होगी तो समूण फाउंडेशन के रुद्रप्रयाग कार्यालय के माध्यम से हर संभव सहयोग करने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
