Samoon Foundation appeals for support for Pravesh Kumar, a resident of Dhamapur Village, Post Office Moltadi, Tehsil Purola, District Uttarkashi, who is currently undergoing treatment for a serious illness at Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dehradun.

Pravesh lost the support of both his parents at a very young age. Somehow, his close relatives took care of him and raised him. However, before he could become independent and build his own life, he became seriously ill and is now facing another difficult phase.

According to the hospital authorities, the disease from which Pravesh is suffering is not covered under the Ayushman Card scheme. Due to this, approximately ₹1 lakh has already been paid towards his treatment.

For further treatment, Pravesh and his family do not have sufficient funds, and due to financial difficulties, he is being forced to consider discharge before completing his treatment.

Pravesh is currently dependent on his elder brother Vipin Kumar, who is unemployed. Relatives and villagers collected contributions and managed his treatment expenses so far, but they are now unable to arrange further financial support.

Through Samoon Foundation, Pravesh’s brother Vipin Ji has appealed to everyone who is able to support his brother’s treatment. We request everyone to contribute as much as possible and help save a life.

मासूमियत तो ख़ैर पहुँच भी न सकी उस तक,
जीवन ही सारा उसका अलग सा हो कर रह गया है।

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा प्रवेश कुमार के इलाज हेतु सहयोग की अपील की जाती है। प्रवेश कुमार ग्राम धामपुर, पोस्ट ऑफिस मोल्टाड़ी, तहसील पुरोला, जिला उत्तरकाशी के निवासी हैं और वर्तमान में देहरादून के महंत इंद्रेश हॉस्पिटल में गंभीर बीमारी का इलाज करवा रहे हैं।

प्रवेश के सिर से माता-पिता का साया उस समय उठ गया था जब वह बहुत छोटे थे। किसी तरह उनके करीबी रिश्तेदारों ने उनका पालन-पोषण किया और उन्हें बड़ा किया। लेकिन जब प्रवेश अपने पैरों पर खड़े होने की स्थिति में पहुंचे, तभी वे एक गंभीर बीमारी की चपेट में आ गए।

अस्पताल प्रशासन के अनुसार प्रवेश जिस बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं, वह आयुष्मान कार्ड योजना के अंतर्गत नहीं आती। इसके कारण अब तक इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में लगभग ₹1 लाख का भुगतान हो चुका है।

आगे के इलाज के लिए प्रवेश के पास पर्याप्त धन नहीं है और आर्थिक मजबूरी के कारण उन्हें अधूरे इलाज के बीच अस्पताल से छुट्टी लेने की स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

प्रवेश वर्तमान में अपने बड़े भाई विपिन कुमार जी, जो कि बेरोजगार हैं, के सहारे जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं। रिश्तेदारों एवं गांव वालों ने चंदा एकत्रित कर अब तक प्रवेश का इलाज करवाया, लेकिन आगे के इलाज के लिए वे असमर्थ हैं।

प्रवेश के इलाज हेतु उनके भाई विपिन जी ने समूण फाउंडेशन के माध्यम से सभी सक्षम लोगों से सहयोग की अपील की है। आप सभी से निवेदन है कि यथासंभव सहयोग कर प्रवेश के इलाज में सहायता करें।
