Driven by the vision to encourage education and support students coming from lower and middle-income backgrounds, the Samoon Foundation organized a mega distribution drive, presenting 400 "Best of Luck Kits" to the students of Rajkiya Inter College, Khadri Shyampur, Rishikesh.
Each distributed kit contained essential stationery items, including a pencil, eraser, scale, and sharpener. These kits were generously sent all the way from Dubai by Mr. Venkatraman, who is widely renowned as the “Pencilman of UAE.” His profound message—“A single pencil can change your life”—served as a massive source of inspiration for both the students and the teaching faculty.
The stationary distribution program was successfully conducted on the school premises in the graceful presence of School Principal Mr. Ranveer Pundir, Samoon Foundation Founder Mr. Vinod Jethudi, and key members including Mr. Vinod Rawat, Mrs. Vinny Jethudi, Mr. Ashish Panwar, and Ms. Komal Pant, alongside the entire school staff and student body.
During the event, students were also briefed about the ongoing free computer training courses offered at the Samoon Computer Training Institute (SCTI) in Shyampur. They were highly encouraged to register for the program, which has been specifically designed to help rural and financially underprivileged students connect with modern digital education.
Highlighting the scale of the foundation's recent initiatives, Mr. Vinod Jethudi shared that the Samoon Foundation has recently distributed completely free school uniforms to 10,000+ students across 120 government and private schools in Uttarakhand. He reiterated that the team is consistently working to extend uniform distribution, stationary support, and scholarships to even more students in the future.
The core objective of the Samoon Foundation remains rooted in providing qualitative education, digital literacy, and foundational resources to rural students to help them unlock new opportunities. शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने और मध्यम व निर्धन पृष्ठभूमि से आने वाले विद्यार्थियों को संबल देने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हुए, समूण फाउंडेशन ने राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज, खदरी श्यामपुर, ऋषिकेश में छात्र-छात्राओं को 400 “बेस्ट ऑफ लक किट्स” वितरित किए।
प्रत्येक किट में विद्यार्थियों की रोजमर्रा की जरूरत के लिए पेंसिल, रबर, स्केल और शार्पनर जैसे आवश्यक स्टेशनरी सामान शामिल थे। ये विशेष किट्स दुबई से श्री वेंकटरमन जी (Venkatraman K Dubaii) द्वारा सप्रेम भेजी गई थीं, जो खाड़ी देशों में “पेंसीलमैन ऑफ यूएई” के नाम से बेहद प्रसिद्ध हैं। कार्यक्रम के दौरान उनका यह प्रेरक संदेश – “एक पेंसिल आपकी ज़िंदगी बदल सकती है” – विद्यार्थियों और शिक्षकों के दिल को छू गया और उनके लिए अत्यंत प्रेरणादायक रहा।
यह स्टेशनरी वितरण कार्यक्रम विद्यालय परिसर में प्रधानाचार्य श्री रणवीर पुंडीर जी, समूण फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक श्री विनोद जेठुडी जी, सदस्य श्री विनोद रावत जी, श्रीमती विन्नी जेठुडी जी, श्री आशीष पंवार जी और सुश्री कोमल पंत जी के साथ विद्यालय परिवार के समस्त शिक्षकों और भारी संख्या में विद्यार्थियों की उपस्थिति में गरिमापूर्ण तरीके से आयोजित किया गया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान बच्चों को समूण कंप्यूटर ट्रेनिंग इंस्टिट्यूट (SCTI), श्यामपुर में चल रहे पूर्णतः निःशुल्क कंप्यूटर कोर्स के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई और उन्हें इस डिजिटल कोर्स में रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया। यह कोर्स विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्रों को ध्यान में रखकर डिज़ाइन किया गया है ताकि वे आज के दौर में डिजिटल शिक्षा से पूरी तरह जुड़ सकें।
संस्था के दूरगामी कार्यों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए श्री विनोद जेठुडी जी ने बताया कि समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा हाल ही में उत्तराखंड के 120 सरकारी और प्राइवेट विद्यालयों में 10,000 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों को निशुल्क यूनिफॉर्म वितरित किए जा चुके हैं। उन्होंने संकल्प दोहराया कि संस्था आगे और भी अधिक विद्यार्थियों को यूनिफॉर्म, स्टेशनरी और स्कॉलरशिप प्रदान करने हेतु धरातल पर निरंतर प्रयासरत है।
समूण फाउंडेशन का अंतिम लक्ष्य ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के विद्यार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्वक शिक्षा, डिजिटल साक्षरता और मूलभूत संसाधनों के माध्यम से आगे बढ़ने के समान अवसर प्रदान करना है। हम इस पुनीत कार्य में श्री वेंकटरमन जी के प्रेरक सहयोग और विद्यालय प्रशासन के शानदार समर्थन के लिए हृदय से आभार प्रकट करते हैं।
