Samoon Foundation Provided Financial Assistance for Subodh Rawat’s Medical Treatment
समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा सुबोध रावत के इलाज हेतु आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की गई
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Samoon Foundation continued its efforts to support families facing medical and financial hardships.
On 1st June 2021, Samoon Foundation provided a financial assistance cheque of ₹11,000/- for the medical treatment of Subodh Rawat. The foundation prayed for the speedy recovery of Subodh and his father, who was suffering from paralysis.
Subodh Rawat, only 15 years old, had been suffering from a serious medical condition in his hand for the past one year. He required two surgeries, out of which one had already been completed. However, due to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 situation, he was unable to get a date for his second surgery despite repeated visits to the hospital.
Subodh shared that he was deeply worried after returning from Doon Hospital, as he had once again not received a surgery date. Due to severe pain in his hand, he had even stopped going to school. The pain increased while walking, making daily activities difficult for him.
Although his treatment was supposed to be covered under the Ayushman Card, delays in scheduling the surgery created additional difficulties for the family.
Subodh’s father was also suffering from paralysis, and due to their weak financial condition, the family was struggling to manage basic needs. As their ration card was under the APL category, they were also unable to receive government ration support, increasing their hardships.
Samoon Foundation stood with the family during this difficult period and provided support to help them continue Subodh’s treatment.

कोरोना महामारी के कठिन समय में समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा चिकित्सा एवं आर्थिक परेशानियों से जूझ रहे परिवारों की सहायता का कार्य निरंतर जारी था।
दिनांक 01/06/2021 को समूण परिवार की ओर से सुबोध रावत के इलाज हेतु ₹11,000/- की छोटी सी आर्थिक सहायता राशि का चेक प्रदान किया गया। समूण परिवार ने सुबोध बेटे एवं उनके लकवाग्रस्त पिताजी के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की ईश्वर से प्रार्थना की।
मात्र 15 वर्ष के सुबोध रावत पिछले एक वर्ष से अपने हाथ की गंभीर बीमारी से जूझ रहे थे। उनके इलाज के लिए दो ऑपरेशन होने थे, जिनमें से एक ऑपरेशन हो चुका था, लेकिन दूसरे ऑपरेशन के लिए कोविड परिस्थितियों के कारण अस्पताल से समय नहीं मिल पा रहा था।
दून हॉस्पिटल से वापस लौटते समय सुबोध ने बताया कि इस बार भी ऑपरेशन की तारीख नहीं मिल पाई, जिससे वह काफी निराश थे। हाथ में लगातार असहनीय दर्द रहने के कारण उन्होंने स्कूल जाना भी बंद कर दिया था। चलने के समय दर्द और अधिक बढ़ जाता था।
सुबोध का इलाज आयुष्मान कार्ड के माध्यम से होना था, जिसके कारण ऑपरेशन की प्रक्रिया में देरी हो रही थी। वहीं दूसरी ओर उनके पिता लकवाग्रस्त थे और परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति बेहद कमजोर थी।
परिवार का राशन कार्ड एपीएल श्रेणी का होने के कारण उन्हें सरकारी राशन की सुविधा भी नहीं मिल पा रही थी, जिससे परिवार के सामने गंभीर आर्थिक संकट खड़ा हो गया था।
ऐसी कठिन परिस्थिति में समूण फाउंडेशन ने परिवार का साथ देते हुए चिकित्सा सहायता प्रदान की और सुबोध के इलाज में सहयोग किया।
