During the difficult period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Samoon Foundation continued its humanitarian efforts to support vulnerable communities and protect people from the spread of infection. As part of this initiative, masks and sanitizers were distributed among poor families living in slum areas of Dehradun.

The Samoon team reached out to underprivileged communities and provided them with essential safety materials, including masks and sanitizers. Along with the distribution, people were made aware of important preventive measures such as maintaining personal hygiene, using masks properly, regularly sanitizing hands, and following COVID-19 safety guidelines.

For many economically weaker families, arranging basic protective supplies during the pandemic was a major challenge. Through this initiative, Samoon Foundation made efforts to provide timely support and help these families stay protected during this critical period.

कोरोना महामारी के कठिन समय में समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा समाज के गरीब एवं जरूरतमंद वर्ग की सहायता तथा लोगों को संक्रमण से बचाने के उद्देश्य से निरंतर मानव सेवा के कार्य किए जा रहे थे। इसी क्रम में देहरादून की मलिन बस्तियों में रहने वाले गरीब परिवारों तक पहुंचकर उन्हें कोरोना से बचाव हेतु आवश्यक सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई गई।

समूण परिवार की टीम द्वारा जरूरतमंद परिवारों को मास्क एवं सैनिटाइजर वितरित किए गए तथा उन्हें कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए आवश्यक सावधानियों के बारे में जागरूक किया गया। लोगों को मास्क का सही उपयोग करने, हाथों की स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, नियमित रूप से सैनिटाइजर का प्रयोग करने एवं कोविड-19 से संबंधित सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया।

महामारी के दौरान आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर परिवारों के लिए स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा सामग्री खरीदना भी एक चुनौती थी। ऐसे समय में समूण फाउंडेशन ने अपनी सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी निभाते हुए जरूरतमंद लोगों तक सहायता पहुंचाने का प्रयास किया।
