Samoon Foundation Celebrated Harela Festival with Tree Plantation Drive

समूण फाउंडेशन द्वारा हरेला पर्व के अवसर पर वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया

On the auspicious occasion of Harela Festival, Samoon Foundation continued its tradition of contributing towards environmental conservation by organizing a tree plantation drive.

On 16th July 2021, the plantation campaign was inaugurated by respected Mrs. Devki Bhandari Ji, a distinguished personality who brought pride to Uttarakhand by donating ₹10 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Samoon Foundation honored Mrs. Devki Bhandari Ji for her inspiring personality, generous spirit, and commitment towards social service by presenting her with a shawl.

Through this initiative, various teams of Samoon Foundation planned to carry out plantation activities at different locations for the following month and spread awareness among people about the importance of environmental protection.

Samoon Foundation believes that collective efforts towards protecting nature will help create a cleaner and healthier environment for future generations.

हर वर्ष की भांति इस वर्ष भी हरेला पर्व के शुभ अवसर पर समूण परिवार द्वारा पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया।

दिनांक 16/07/2021 को आयोजित इस वृक्षारोपण अभियान का शुभारंभ सम्मानित श्रीमती देवकी भंडारी जी द्वारा किया गया।

श्रीमती देवकी भंडारी जी ने कोविड महामारी के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री राहत कोष में 10 लाख रुपये का सहयोग देकर पूरे राज्य को गौरवान्वित किया था। ऐसे महान व्यक्तित्व एवं दानी विचारधारा की धनी माता जी का समूण परिवार द्वारा शॉल भेंट कर सम्मान किया गया।

समूण फाउंडेशन की विभिन्न टीमें आगामी एक माह तक अलग-अलग स्थानों पर पौधारोपण करने के साथ-साथ लोगों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूक करने का कार्य करेंगी।

समूण परिवार का उद्देश्य है कि हम सभी मिलकर पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखें और आने वाली पीढ़ियों को स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ वातावरण प्रदान करने में अपना योगदान दें।
